Great location, steps down onto the beach and a large pool with free towels and ask at the reception for a parasol to help keep you cool. Our room view was sadly out over the car park and road out, but the good points completely outweighed that.

The beach was great , as usual it was clean , beautiful and not too crowded , love New Smyrna Beach . Stayed at the Islander Beach Resort and it was a very nice place to stay , enjoyed the beachfront room , was clean and comfy , nice pool and they had many activities. Will stay again . Had dinner at Bostons Fish House and it was awesome as always , great food and very friendly staff .

New Smyrna Beach is my happy place.
New Smyrna Beach is my happy place. Living in Wisconsin, I prefer cooler weather, but even when it's in the 90's in New Smyrna, it doesn't bother me. There are plenty of hiking trails.
Any restaurant that is on the beach is amazing. Twisted Treat is amazing ice cream - never disappointed. Down by Mosquito Lagoon, there's also JB's. Really good food & kayaking. We got to see dolphins and manatees.
A lot of New Smyrna is walkable, but anything past the inlet you'll need a car.
Avoid Turtle Beach early in the morning, unless you are covered in Deet. Sand fleas are miserable.

Beautiful white sand beach with waves and blue water. Fresh air. Wonderful place to walk, swim or ride a bike on the water's edge. I hear it can get crowded; however, we were there in late November and it was pristine.

We enjoyed the area, however our condo we booked at Ocean View unit #502 was very dirty and had bed bugs so we had to call the property management and wait 3hours for them to place us into 2 separate units which made a very bad inconvenience for our family. with saying that they took $250.00 from our payment however we went there with the purpose of being together and this made our trip miserable. We had to split the coast of food and take it to different units and has made quite the finical burden for our family for our family.

Lovely wooded neighborhood with a good mix of full time residents and vacationers. The beach is right across the street with a safe crossing path at the main entrance to the community.
The condo itself has a welcoming floor plan that is so spacious. For the same cost of a hotel on the beach you get an entire condo with everything you could need.
Probably the best place to bee in New Smyrna Beach! Charming and very clean rooms with all you need. A fridge in the hallway where you may put some small things. 5 minutes walk to the beach, good restaurnats in the vicinity. Privat parking behind the house. The breakfast was great and the host is just overwhelmingly charming!
Management promptly addressed any concerns we had. The hotel's management team is clearly dedicated to ensuring guest satisfaction! Great location on the beach, close to shopping and good digs. Beds were exceptionally comfortable.

Beautiful boutique hotel with a nice water view. Easy walk to old downtown with restaurants and shops. Short drive to the beach and the hotel provides towels and chairs if desired. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was top notch. Would definitely stay again!
The location right on New Smyrna Beach was awesome! Just a one mile walk on the beach to everything happening on Flagler Avenue. The staff were fantastic and there were a LOT of them. The restaurant is convenient for breakfast. Standard fare and clean
