The in room Jacuzzi was awesome. The food was really good and not over priced. There wasn't many people when we stayed (not a fan of excess humans). The receptionist/manager was really nice, and helpful. We were unintentionally annoying, since my children locked us out at least 3 times. She definitely had patience. The waitress at the restaurant was also very nice and great with children.

Absolutely nothing. Place is a dump construction everywhere. The price certainly did not match the quality. Broken pictures frames everywhere. No rugs in the floor. Couldn’t even get ice there was an open bucket of paint right in front of it

Staff was great and very helpful but I called to see if I would be able to checkin later in the night and I was informed that they had given my room that I reserved to someone else due to over booking. It didn't start off well

The location for our visiting purpose was suitable, as it was close to the UMass campus, accessible for major freeways and shopping centers. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The place is dated. Carpets etc. Staff was great and the rtoom was good. Needs paint, carpets and some new doors!

For anyone interested in our nation's history, New Bedford should be on the itinerary (i.e. Whaling Museum; Seamen's Bethel; Johnnycake Hill; County Street mansions; Saint Anthony's Church; etc.). It's also a great bird's eye view of the nation's top or number one working fishing port. You can't beat the seafood! Want to take the ferry out to Martha's Vineyard... Nantucket? This is the place. Want to go deep sea fishing? This is the place. Like Folk Music? Plan a trip in July for the New Bedford Summerfest. Did I say you can't beat the seafood? It's a shame that local & state political leadership doesn't do more to promote this jewel in the rough! On the other hand, maybe the locals are just fine with that.

A most interesting town with a very rich and diverse history, with highs and lows. A place that needs to be re-discovered more. Which I hope will happen once the commuter train between NB and Boston is at last running (after having been put on the back burner by non-South Shore politicians in Boston). Kudos to NB's indefatigable Mayor who believes in the city and its people, who leaves out not a single effort to bring civic pride and prosperity to a much too-long neglected gem on New England's coast.

Exciting place to visit, surely a town in transition with lots of history, great architecture, public arts and lots of potential from an urban development point of view, friendly people, but also unfortunately, some poor areas!
Whaling museum is also great! We are glad we went.
The hotel is less than a mile from family we were visiting. For tourists, it couldn't possibly better located; also less than a mile from major attractions like the New Bedford Whaling Museum, Seamen's Bethel, Johnnycake Hill, ferries to Martha's Vineyard & Nantucket, Buttonwood Park Zoo and nice restaurants. The room was clean, the king bed very comfortable, staff very helpful & courteous and the in-room coffee surprisingly tasty.
Just very rude I got to the property and the room I booked a month ago they gave to someone else so I got a different room and I was five hours from home so I wasn’t about to turn around keep my deposit for a couple towels that were used with a bath bomb just ridiculous. The place is a scam.
Hotel is basic, and functional. Fine for overnight stay. Not for comfort or special enjoyment. TV choices were rather limited. Not enough furniture in the room for relaxation and reading or doing office work.
