Very clean, convenient, nice room. The staff was excellent. I forgot my toothbrush and the young man at the reception desk went out of his way to find one for me.

Comfortable accommodations for a few nights stay. Decent breakfast with friendly staff. Parts of the room showing their age but not terribly. Excellent location for accessing all of Rockland County and NYC if need be.

taking a deposit of 300 USD is way too much and i dont understand why !
please dont think about staying here if you ever do .. way worse than what u would expect

The man at the front desk said that is booking.com's mistake not theirs. Other than that it was okay. The facility itself is beautiful. The room was clean.

Need to have breakfast and house keeping should be more diligent,when putting clean sheets on the bed; make sure they’re clean. But once I notify the house keeper on duty, she changed the pillow right away.
So prompt and courteous service was a plus with Candlewood !!! I will be booking again if I’m looking for a local stay.
Was looking for a commutable to NYC hotel for work, and the Doubletree by Hilton in Nanuet was great. Close to major highways. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I thought my room was great. It was super clean (to me, that is the #1 item of importance!) and well equipped with a small refrigerator, microwave, and a single cup coffeemaker with coffee that was pretty decent (and liquid Coffeemate vs the powdered stuff). There’s a restaurant on premises, but I didn’t try it. It was quiet at night. I slept very well!!
This hotel offers high standard services. My room was spacious, as same as bathroom, and very clean.
Breakfast is a typical continental breakfast but offering quite wide variety of food.
Hotel is situated nearby the main road but it doesn't bother as rooms are quiet.
There is a big parking lot at the hotel, so no issue with finding free and safe spot to leave your car at.
The hotel is attractive inside the lobby and public spaces. The pool and fitness room are great. The bed was super comfortable. Free coffee in the lobby in the AM was great and I loved the chocolate cookies at check in. Folks at the front desk were very always friendly, helpful, and efficient. And I appreciated the mini-fridge and microwave in the room.
from the welcome at the reception, to check out, everything is fantastic. The lovely restaurant that serves awesome food on the same premises is a major plus. I always come back to a clean room after each day of hectic training
I stay at this hotel frequently bc the location is convenient. You have everything you need in a short distance. The staff is always pleasant (Ashley).
Parking is great. The rooms are always amazing.
I can't say I liked anything about this hotel. The only advantage I can say it has is the fact that there is Target near by, and a few restaurants. Service was very poor.
