The wall paper in the room was falling off the walls cracked ceiling the bathroom was not clean the shower. Door leaked. The shower was kinda of not clean the towels were good 😕 beds not very comfortable it was not worth the price it's a nice place. To bad the hotel was kinda not ok wal mart is close the shopping is. Wonderful always something different

Suburb of Akron near a large shopping mall, several smaller strip malls, and the Cuyahoga National Park was very close as well. Just 30 minutes to Cleveland, the interstate was less than 5 minutes from the hotel.
nothing the hotel claimed they didnt have my reservation so they would not honor your confirmation number or pin. They had a room but wanted twice what was indicated in my reservation. The staff was rude and not helpful< Ill make a point of not staying there EVER
Property was well maintained. My room was clean and quiet and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful if needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and will stay here again if I’m in the area.
Breakfast was okay but was not complimentary. Had to ask for decafe coffee and hot water for oatmeal as it was not on the table. It was brought out within 5 minutes. Staff were friendly. Hotel halls were quiet at night.
The staff at the hotel was the worst staff I have ever faced at at hotel before. Very rude and not accommodating. The pool was out of service. Could t give us a straight answer as to why.
