We’ve stayed here several times pre Covid and was happy with...
We’ve stayed here several times pre Covid and was happy with our stay but the place has gone downhill. Three nights when we returned to our room the keycard was deactivated and twice we had to walk around the building in the storm to have it reactivated. Totally disappointed and will never go back.

Hotel was "sparkling" clean..the Desk Staff were all very engaging and efficient, and genuinely interested in our comfort and satisfaction. The modest breakfast was included and offered a reasonable array of options - mostly convenience. Additionally, there is an outdoor gas fire pit, for guests to use while enjoying the crisp winter weather. Nice touch. This is the place where the "value is greater than the price." and the price is very reasonable. We will retun, without doubt.
The hotel and staff was great it's just that priceline change their taxes and fees and I didn't know and the management told me about it. I have a broken ankle so they help me alot it's great. So the manager said priceline over charged me for my 2nd week. Andale I had to do was hop my tell to the front and saved $55.so call the hotel before you go online....
The location was great for our visit, within a mile of family. The area was quiet , no road noise at all. The hotel staff was knowledgeable and pleasant. Didn’t eat breakfast slept in!! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks
The breakfast was the best that we have ever had in a hotel setting. The location was easy to find and was not overcrowded with other businesses. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the staff came to the door each morning to see if we needed anything unlike most hotels now that don’t do any daily servicing of the rooms.
Didn't care for the breakfast, old hotel with outdated amenities, shaniqua at the check-in desk is the best. Room was Clean but worn . I liked the bed and slept good
The location in Monroe met our needs. The breakfast was also very good and I appreciated they offered my my water when I arrived as some locations have been lacking
