It was a horrible experience!
It was a horrible experience! The room was not finished, the lights didn’t work properly and the toilet didn’t work properly. Door would not work properly! The room was filled with bugs. The neighborhood was not that great. It seemed like evertime icame out of the room there were bad characters hanging out side my room and around the facility. To top it off the room phone did not work at all. Totally disconnected!!!!!$

Interesting sites. A variety of restaurants with good food.
Interesting sites. A variety of restaurants with good food. You can learn a lot about this town just staying here for a short time. Baker hotel has a lot of interesting tidbits. Bowling alley was really small but fun. The wildlife was awesome to see.

The hotel is not as it seems from the outside.
The hotel is not as it seems from the outside. Gwen was nice and helpful, but the guy working at night was not helpful, rude, and extremely unprofessional. We didn’t have a room we reserved when we got there and literally had to stay with a family member that night. We would have left if there had been anywhere else to stay in the town, but there wasn’t. We also were not given a room with two beds, which is what we reserved, but again, we had nowhere else to go. It was an unpleasant experience to say the least.

Mineral Wells is a nice small town and most everyone there is very friendly. I have traveled through it for many years going back and forth to a ranch in the area. I rarely stay in town but sometimes it has been necessary. This was my first time at this hotel. I will not choose it again. The front desk lady was very nice in the evening when I checked in. The following morning there seemed to be no desk person there. The breakfast room was dark and nothing out to make breakfast from at all. It is an older hotel that has been converted to this brand's name.

Quite and clean room, great area for parking my 16 foot trailer and felt safe with it being there. Great resturants close to motel. Staff friendly.
Was'nt found of the breakfest but it filling.
thanks we had a great
It was comfortable. The triple queen bed room is very spacious. The hotel itself is quiet. I really liked the picnic area, other than what was etched on the wall next door.
I have cable at home and always have trouble dealing with Direct TV at motels and hotels. The owner was more than helpful and several occasions to help me.
Absouletly nothing. Hotel was disgusting. Room was trash, it had a horrible odor. Motel looks nice in the lobby, but what a shock when I got tho the room.
I was not aware prior to arrival that the Red Lion in Mineral Wells offered complement hot breakfast, so I was pleasantly surprised by that upon arrival!
The hotel is okay for the price and staff is friendly. It’s okay for a place to shower and sleep. If you’re looking for something fancy this is not it.
Location to the baseball tournament. Hotel was clean. Parking was good. Offered breakfast - which was alright. We decided to eat out the second morning.
