We arrived and no one was at the counter. Me along with another guest waiting in front of me . A sign was at the counter to call for help. I did that and the phone just rang and continued ringing without anyone picking up. Finally there was about 4 or 5 people came in carrying food , when a young girl asked if anyone was around. We told her no thinking she was a guest. She got on her cellphone and called someone and said that he was fixing something in a room and would be down eventually. So I guess it was her dad she was talking to. So her her mom and sisters and brothers or whoever it was left. After a few more minutes a person finally shows up. I guess it's a family ran hotel and customer service isn't a priority. . The room was nice size but the mattress was like sleeping on a board. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The secluded location is perfect. Your staff, Stephanie, took all of my calls, answered all of my questions and worked very hard to get me the room I wanted.
Desk clerk was very helpful. Accommodated upper floor with a quiet location and emphasized no pets, no smoking and no parties. Great directions to a wide variety of restaurants. Entire hotel was very clean. Will definitely be back.

The accommodations were great. Very Comfortable. The shower base needed cleaned more , However it wasn’t something that couldn’t be taken care of . Over all in these days of travel it’s hard to find s facility that takes the time to make sure the guest are cared for and I would have to say this Comfort Inn does a better than average job . I definitely will stay again.😊

Prob wouldn’t chose this location again based on difficult location, but the hotel and staff were good!
The breakfast was great and the location was very good. Our room was very clean and smelled fresh. The young lady who helped us check in was very professional. I wish all hotels and condos that we have visited were as nice and clean as this property! Thank you!
Location was good. Right off interstate but on the less busy side of Exit, which was nice for traffic purposes getting in and out of hotel. Room was very nice. Exactly as pictured. Staff very friendly. Decent breakfast.
The breakfast was great the only down side is there was no eggs.’ Other than that breakfast was good. The reason why I was in Alabama was because I evacuated from Louisiana because of hurricane Ida
The breakfast had many choices which included sausage, eggs, and fried potatoes. For our stay an excellent raisin bread was available. I chose the hotel, in part, for the breakfast.
