Breakfast was not organized considering all the people there. We were constantly waiting for something, whether it was eggs, or fruit, or plates or coffee, and the waffle batter was clogged. Many people were upset! Our room and the amenities were perfect though!
Location was excellent. It was great to have a full breakfast and there was also restaurant on property to get lunch and dinner which was super convenient also. A huge benefit was the shuttle service from the hotel to the Hard Rock Stadium at an affordable price that made regular trips throughout the day, so practically on demand. The staff were friendly and the hotel common areas were clean and well-maintained.
It was extremely bad behaviour !! I was a little late for checking out of 1 room out my 2 room bookings, i got late because my important Business meetings with my nearby well known customer and his huge office is also located in the same area around the hotel, BUT

The location to the tennis venue was great. 1.3 miles. There was ample (included) parking at this hotel. The (included) breakfast was very good- eggs, sausage, grits, pancakes, cereals, juices, breads, etc. Very good. It really was great for ONE night.

Hotel was perfectly located for a game at the stadium. Extra bonus with the (chargeable) shuttle to the stadium which was great. breakfast was good. rooms were clean. Even had crazy golf!
