We really liked the separate bedroom and leaving room with kitchen. Staff was always friendly, especially Claudio at reception. Good air conditioning.

THE HOTEL IS NASTY. THE FRONT AREA, THE ELEVATOR, THE HALLWAY AND THE BEDROOM AND BATHROOM. THERE WAS ALSO SOMEONE BANGING ON MY DOOR AT 1:20 AM IN THE MORNING AND TRYING TO USE THEIR KEY TO GET IN MY ROOM. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK WHICH TOOK AWHILE TO ANSWER AND TOLD THEM THAT SOMEONE IS TRYING TO GET IN MY ROOM, A SHORT TIME LATER A FEMALE SECURITY WHO HARDLY COULD GET OUT HER OWN WAY CAME TO THE DOOR AND I TOLD HER WHAT HAD HAPPEN AND SHE SAID SHE DIDN'T SEE ANYONE BUT THEY WOULD CHECK THE CAMERA. I ALSO TOLD HER THAT I COULD NOT SLEEP. THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I LEFT THE NEXT MORNING.

Am still awaiting my $100 refund to go back into my account. This was explained to me and my wife, the money was held for any damages that may occur during my stay. I checked out on the 25th of December and today is the 28th of December. It’s only suppose to take 72 hrs or three days. I’ll wait another day before I start making some calls.

I liked the location, very convenient to beaches, Home Depot, North Miami, & Whole Foods, those were just the closest businesses. There are other businesses further away but knowing I didn't have to travel was a convenience to me and I had the pizza across the street also. The hotel is in a safe area of Miami, I'm sure that would be a concern for people coming to Miami. Convenient Location!

There was a lot to do and many places to shop and eat. It was a safe an clean place to visit and dine on the beach. We ate at Shuckers on the beach where you could see all the beautiful boats. We were there waiting to go in a cruise and see Miami. It was beautiful!
I previously stayed at Best Western Windsor and wrote a review but I had the names all mixed up, the rep was Tangela, she’s such a sweetheart, during this past recent stay, she always made sure I was satisfied and if I needed anything she was willing to accommodate me, I love her spirit, she’s one of a kind! Very clean property great customer service among the entire staff!
it was a terrible experience, not responsible, we arrived, the pin we were given didn't work! the manager of the apartment is not answering the phone, there was a garbage can in the yard full of stuffed to the top, which stank of rotten fish. the trip was ruined from this. instead of rest, after a night trip. we had to look for urgently free places in the hotel. This was the worst hotel I had ever been to in my life! It was dirty as hell, the rugs in the room were never cleaned, we couldn't even get extra towels! My daughter wouldn't take a shower because it was so dirty! The room smelled really bad, we had to get air freshener. The pool wasn't even open. People were making drug deals right outside the hotel!!!
I spent 5 nights in the studio, which was equipped exactly as in the description. I think a big bonus would be to have the washing machine and dishwasher, but apart from that, I found everything I needed in the place. Nice owner, but not intrusive, lots of privacy. Interesting art inside. Quiet at night. For me it is a way better option than a hotel.
Absolutely nothing went well. The hotel was nasty ,disgusting. We did not stay at this hotel. We canceled our reservation when we say how disgusting this place was. There was a patron in the parking area urinating in front of everyone. This place was the worst hotel I have ever seen in my life. It was very badly false advertising.
Location was great near FIU very clean pool was nice my only complaint was that when housekeeping removed used room service dishes etc it took days for f&b to collect. I finally went int the restaurant and asked to have the things on my floor picked up. When we returned later that day it had been taken care of
I had been in the same hotel for over 10 years now, and I never have a single complain. All the rooms are nice and clean. And the staff always really pleasant. Thanks very much for everyone putting effort over there and hopefully see you again really soon.
We had a wonderful time thanks to Wayne, he is kind, generous and the best cook on earth! He made our stay memorable. The place has an excellent location, close to pretty much everything. We will definitely stay again.
They say they offer breakfast that a lie, my breakfast was like for a homeless, 1 paper bag with 1 apple 1 water bottle, 1 mini grape juice and 1 muffin not for a hotel that cost me 300 per night.
Graet place to stay. The best bed i ever sleep in a hotel. Graet location and parking. The staff was very kind and helpfull.
