There was nothing to like about the hotel. It was horrible unsafe unsanitary. just disgusting. Here's where filthy there was no silverware. No dishes, no coffee pot.
The refrigerator was old and noisy. Police, we're called to the property 3 times during the night. People screaming' help me help me' and fights to be heard outside our room.
It was without a doubt The worst place I have ever stayed in my whole life & I am seventy yrs old

Was a really nice place to stay.
Was a really nice place to stay. The breakfast was the best we had seen for a Continental Breakfast. The room for the most part was clean and looked really nice. Liked having the little refrigator in the room. Only thing that was wrong was we had no TV and internet all night. Was told the manager might be able to give us a credit towards the room. When manager arrived said they could not give us a credit because we booked the room thru "Booking.com". That part was disappointing.

We appreciated the central location to so many sites and things to do in St Louis area. Easy access. Near Creve Coeur Lake which has great walking and biking trails of different lengths, picnicing and boating (no motorboats) activities.

Enjoyed are stay in St. Louis.
Enjoyed are stay in St. Louis. Hotel accommodations were nice. A few things were broken/didn't work. Ice machine on our floor only didn't work the whole time we were there. NOT acceptable. Phone didn't work, light under microwave didn't work and dishes were never put away from previous guest. I get things break, I have never stayed anywhere where this many things failed to work. Scale of 1-10 they get a 6. But would stay again.

I am very familiar with Maryland Heights and the Hotel needs to come up to the standards of a place like Maryland Heights. The parking lot had broken glass in it as if someone busted a car windshield, and it was still on the parking lot.

The room was clean and comfortable, a little shabby in places but hotel rooms are used hard by most guests. It didn't detract from the comfort.
Staff were very helpful and polite; little things such as housekeeping calling the elevator for me when I had my hands full.
Location is excellent if you don't want to be directly downtown (we didn't; we chose the area my husband grew up in).
We were in town to bury my father in law, and all the things like iron, board, hairdryer, that you need when getting ready, were to hand.
The staff were all very helpful and hospitable. They were cheerful and friendly. They kept everything clean and neat. They all were very professional and showed that they wanted their jobs to be done well. The breakfast bar had a very good selection of warm and cold food items. The rooms were very nice and had plenty of ammenities for a lengthy stay if you needed. The colors, decor and furnishings throughout the hotel were tasteful, comfortable and nice.
i'd stayed 7 nights, Breakfast is simple but good for me.
Room is looked like old, but clean.
there is small kitchen (Sink, micowave, large refrigator, dishes and knife and so on.)
This hotel is located outside of downtown. so i think it is hard to got bus. Lyft or rent car is good for your choice.
hotel is located near to high way so i could go anywhere easily.
Clean, quiet, large room with a super comfortable bed, nice linens and good pillows. Loved the wood floor—so much more sanitary than carpet. The sink was outside the toilet/shower which is very convenient for 2 people. Good shower pressure, free-flowing drain and we appreciated the grab bar. We spend a lot of nights in hotels and this was one of the best ever.
The staff were very kind and helpful overall. Diner service is something I’ve never seen at a hotel before, but it was the highlight of the stay. All the food was delicious, and we were very surprised to find out the beer and wine selections were included in the diner service. The rooms were large for a hotel and the kitchenette was a neat add.
The rooms were disgustingly dirty. Bugs. Stains. The hotel is falling apart. Concrete crumbling in doorways. Drug dealers hanging around outside. Guy changing his oil in his truck at entrance. Absolutely disgusting hotel. I rate it a zero
I want my money back
Just everything! We had went to another hotel before double tree,& it was disgusting all around! So we left and spent the rest of the weekend at Double Tree! So welcoming and comfortable at Double Tree! Loved it,& would definitely come back again!!!
Nothing, turned away at check in. Said no rooms available. Computer glitch?? Only email I received was confirming our reservation. Heard Nothing more back from hotel or Booking.com about getting refund.
Everything. staff was super friendly I felt at home honestly, even the valet drivers were hospitable. wonderful hotel and I will definitely be visiting again.
