One thing we did like was the room. That's just what we needed. A comfortable bed, a very well-lit place you felt safe. Everything was clean, very nice day. Highly recommended for couples or family.

We came to Macon for the cherry blossom festival.
We came to Macon for the cherry blossom festival. My wife had wanted to attend for a long time. It was her birthday so we decided to celebrate with the festival. Well we were very disappointed. The work up the site listed did no way match what was given. The festival was a carnival or fair at best. Over priced vendors “20$ for a 12 oz drink and bag of cotton candy “. The entertainment was good but didn’t last long. The parade was very disappointing. Floats consisted of people pulling wagons with people in them. I would not recommend going to this. I know we will not return.

Price was really great for a one night stop over on the way to Florida and if coming from Michigan it is 2/3rds of the way so reachable before dark. Everything you need and nothing you do not but do not try to find it without a GPS directing you as it is really back off the main path.

Just an overnight stay on the way north. Staff was wonderful and helpful. It is under renovation, but there was no noise of inconvenience because of that. They still have a couple of kinks to work out, but a beautiful place to stay. Very quiet and comfortable. There were no instructions on how to get the tv to work, but the housekeeping lady was in the hall and she gave wonderful instructions and was very nice. Would definitely stay there again!

Macon is not a good city. The hotel staffs are mostly rude and disrespectful. There is nothing to do. The restaurant’s are mediocre and dirty. Construction everywhere. Most definitely will not go back there. This city has nothing to offer.

Short, overnight trip to Macon in order to visit The Allman Brothers Band Museum ("The Big House") and the H&H Soul Food Cafe (significance to the early days of the band and beyond). Both were excellent and I highly recommend! Quick side visit to the Macon Mall and it was disappointing, very few open stores.
Rooms were super clean - parking was awesome and walking distance to convention center and arena. The staff that was there was pretty friendly. The public restrooms were also very clean. The hotel itself was really well laid out and easily accessible. They had the HVAC set properly and it was very well lit even at night. The main issue was lack of staffing - probably a covid issue?
This competition will be in Macon again next year so we'll be back. Hopefully they staff up this time.
We have stayed here before and is now our go to spot to stay when passing through Macon. the hotel is clean, comfortable and staff amazing!. Check in is seamless. Breakfast is awesome. Felt safe on the grounds. Right off the interstate and food is within minutes. Beds comfortable, room spacious and bathroom very clean.
how pleasant and accommodating they were. I thought it was a pet friendly hotel, I learned not to assume all locations under this chain have the same policies. They let me stay with my elderly mom as we were on route to Florida from Canada…. I hope they eventually allow pets possibly on one floor with strict policy..

Breakfast was of good quality, the lady from the day shift that was running the desk, kept it hot, clean plentiful and flowing. The other staff were nice but she's the gem of the hotel, southern hospitality at it's best.
I was greeted by a very nice young lady. Didn't have any issues checking in or out. Any questions I had she was very patient with me answered any questions or concerns that I had. I will definitely choose this particular hotel anytime I visit Macon! Keep up the great work.
The hotel was located exactly where I needed it to be, in the heart of Macon around plenty of stores and shopping centers and right by the exits. Breakfast was full bar and easily accessible and the hotel smelled and looked cleaned.
