Each staff member I came across smiled and said hello which was so nice. The halls were clean and smelled great, the lobby have fresh water with fruit like lemonade orange and room was spotless.

You screwed up my reservation and the hotel didn't get it we had a confirmation number but it was never sent to hotel. and I spend an hour at 3am with hotel.com phone support to find out you system screwed up and I had to pay higher price out of pocket and lose an hour of sleep.i even made you email me so I have proof of your scree up

Staff was great. We were uncomfortable the first night because of an issue with the air conditioning and were upgraded at no charge. My 3 year old son called the front desk a few times and all the staff were so cute and sweet with him. We especially appreciated Jessica who helped us extend our stay. Definitely recommend!

Most people caught the buses that stop outside the hotel. I never saw a hotel shuttle as mentioned in their amenities.

Ms Krystal Perez at the reception desk literally forced us to move out, because she "didn't see the booking for the next day in the system". Of course I've showed her all the confirmations. So we checked out at 12 and checked in at 5pm at the same day.

This hotel is located right outside of the New York-New Jersey Tunnel. Great Location!!! Not far from Nickelodeon Theme Park if your traveling with kids. The staff was friendly and accommodating, there is a small gym, and a Starbucks in the lobby.
Cons: The rooms could use some updating, there are no microwaves in the rooms and no swimming pool at this facility.
Other than that, it was a nice stay.
We stayed at the hotel because it is located near the MetLife Stadium (we had concert tickets). So the location was perfect. Upon arrival we found out that it was possible to use a shuttle van that was taking people from the hotel to the stadium and back. It was great! Only the price should have been cheaper.
Also we really appreciate that the room was clean, did not smell, the staff was really nice (the shuttle van driver was rude though).
Ingrid checked us in and was lovely and helpful. Our group had three rooms. All the rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. The lounge/ bar was nice. We had an evening cap before retiring for the night and it was very good. Location was great as we had traveled for a birthday party at Medieval Times. All in all a great trip and hotel.
Nothing!!!!! It was permanently closed when we arrived after driving for 8 hours and nobody bothered to notify us about it !! We had to get another hotel at the last minute at double the price!! I immediately san email of complaint to Booking.com and still haven't heard back !!!
I liked the people that were staying at the hotel as well as the pool. My children truly enjoyed the outdoor pool. The staff members were also nice. I also enjoyed the shower.
