We had all we needed and expected - a very clean and comfortable room, lots pf parking spots, a steam function in the bathroom was a nice bonus. The town itself is very safe and pleasant. The place was very close to Stanford university (not to be missed!!!!)

Los Gatos is a quaint little town with lots of cute coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance of the Tollhouse hotel. The Southern Kitchen is a great spot for breakfast in the morning. A lot of quaint boutique shops. Awesome walking trails!. Getting around fairly easy. Only 30 min to Santa Cruz beach.

I really enjoyed being here. The atmosphere feels more like a quite apartment complex than a hotel so I could definitely stay on extended trips if I needed to. I'm stingy about mistresses and their severe very nice! The full kitchen was the coolest thing I've seen a hotel do so I wss very happy about that!! Its crazy that you get a mini home away from home for such a good price:) OH! Also the fron desk woman was very charming and helpful and at night there's tons of light fixtures around the light poles up and down the street which was fun for walking around being a tourist. Great location!

I love Los Gatos!
I love Los Gatos! With the Virus it is much different than normal but they are doing their best! Love the Park in the middle of town. Nice place to sit and people watch and just relax. I come here once a month for a feeling of normalcy in the current crazy environment!

Room TV didn't work without calling someone to fix it (twice). After putting suitcase in car, my keycard wouldn't work to get back into my room. Only one ice machine for entire complex which was in another building. Grounds look nice.

Would absolutely recommend Dio Deka Restaurant for fine dining meditteranean cuisine and there are many other choices for dining.
Located in Downtown Los Gatos allowed us to walk to a huge variety of restaurants. We stayed in the Marilyn Monroe room, which was nicely decorated and comfy bed. We loved hanging out on the patio in the morning to have our coffee and read. Totally surprised we had a full kitchen in our room. They went to the extra effort to put an air purifier in the room before our arrival since we asked for a pet free room due to allergies. Would definitely stay here again when in the area.
I appreciated the water pressure in the shower, the iron/ironing board available in the room, and the location. The beds were on the softer side, however, I slept through the nights no problem. The location was fabulous! Just a quick, reasonably inexpensive Lyft ride to and from the airport, and an even shorter ride across the freeway to downtown Los Gatos with its shopping and restaurants.
the room was quiet, roomy, comfortable. The toilet seat was loose , and some repair was taking place outside our door.the deck has a loose Iphone plug in. I think covid may have some set back on services provided and that is understandable but I have stayed in the hotel several and this time had the feeling the maintenance need some attention.
The young lady who always checks me in is a jewel and very personable and sweet and makes you feel like your right at home. I don't know her name but i do hope the manager will pass along these comments in regards to this employee and realize jus how valuable she is as part of the hotel staff
Lovely luxurious ambience, great facilities and staff that were so , so helpful. spotlessly clean room which was well thought out and had all the touches needed for a lovely stay. Walking distance to downton Los Gatos which has a range of lovely shops, restaurants and events.
no restaurant as advertised on website and no notification that it was being refurbished. This meant no facilities such as cups for tea just bending machine. so more like a motel than hotel. No refund offered and staff did not think it was a problem.
The Los Gatos Lodge is not in a neighborhood, but off a busy street. Walkable neighborhoods are a short drive away. The property itself is quiet, with walkways, lawns, a pool, bacci area and places to sit. Creates a pleasant atmosphere.
I love the character of this hotel. It is a beautiful older building but with all the necessary updates. Very comfortable and quiet. Friendly and efficient staff. Treats in the morning weren’t bad either.
Second time staying here. It is quite basic but very handy to get around Los Gatos. The grounds are lovely and the place is a nice and quiet place to stay for an overnight trip. Would stay here again.
The room was VERY comfortable and extremely clean. The AC was on and room was cool when we walked in. The motel was right off 17 and close to downtown Los Gatos. We will be back!
