breakfast is good. but like what i am contesting for, they charged me for 2 nights which is the WORST. Plus, instead of breakfast for 4, I only have 2 free ones on their record. Why?!

Breakfast was good.. this is our favorite hotel in Lansing
Downtown Lansing is my favorite place on the planet.
Downtown Lansing is my favorite place on the planet. There's nothing like the energy downtown on a Saturday night after a Lugnuts game or a Nuthouse Nuttyfest. Having the hotel and Meijer right there downtown was the perfect amenities to making an out of town trip to downtown absolutely perfect.

Staff wasn't friendly.
Staff wasn't friendly. Other guest were not very respectful towards other guest.one guest was out of control. Fighting with her spouse. I was minding g my own business and I was startled to something hitting my room . And it was cuz this other lady guest was strung out on God only knows. She ended smashing her wind shield out of her vehicle in the parking lot. Scream stumping her feet like a anger toddler right above my room for a good half hour.and then just kept going on and on until finally the left and never did come come back that night or the next day. I had a man talk to me outside when I was out smoking a cigarette and he was sitting in his vehicle smoking weed for a good 30mins. He said hello to me and I was nice and said hello and then after that he was getting a little to friendly and personal and had the balls to ask if he could come knock on my door in a few minutes. I said no thank you I am not interested in something like he was trying and hoping for. Come to find out he has a wife and I made sure to induce myself to her. So her man hopefully didn't try to get me naked. And the toilet about falls over when u stand up off it cuz it not bolted to the floor

Amazing stay. Great view.
Amazing stay. Great view. Staff noted everything in detail in advance to be sure my friend was surprised coming in. They allowed me in early enough to set up and a free check out late at 2pm. Amazing accommodation will stay again!!

Lansing is always a great place to visit and the only...
Lansing is always a great place to visit and the only complaint I had with the hotel was it was very noisy with the other guests banging and yelling early in the morning. Perhaps next time a third floor may be a little quieter than the main floor.
The staff were very polite and helpful. The room was large and very comfortable. The beds and linen were of top quality and very clean. The bathroom was good and the tub had low sides which made it easy to get in and out. There were however no toothbrushes or toothpaste, which again for this category of hotel, we would have expected these amenities to have been provided without having had to go to the front desk and request these items.
the restaurant and bar onsite were a real bonus. I had dinner there and they were wildly busy with only one server. She was terrific and was doing her best to keep up. All the patrons were very understanding (which was a relief). Then one of the front desk staff came and helped her. That was a great sign of team work. You don't see that often enough. Congratulations to the hotel staff who were ready to roll up their sleeves.
Front desk staff accommodated a room switch for me right after check-in. I was on the front side of the building facing the parking lot. There was a lot of noise from the lot. Staff allowed me to take a room on the back side of the building with no hesitation. It was much more quiet and comfortable.
Housekeeping was excellent. Breakfasts were very, very good. Location was close to major highways and restaurants.
Breakfast included is once again not and only 1 of 3 elevators working never got to use pool after searching around town for breakfast almost run into by road rage driver soo stressed out by then made it back to hotel with 30 to check out no rest advertised on ur site at hotel bad experience
My girlfriends n I visit Lansing Ramada several times. Always welcoming and professional! Even with traveling issues on our side, your staff is patient and finds a way to accommodate us! We will be back n continue to recommend your establishment. May God continue to bless your Journey!
they told me to send me the ches deposit at home but they lied I slept there 4 nights and 3 nights I paid with the card and it stopped my $ 50 deposit every 3 days it stopped me 150 and didn't put me on the card they are liars and in the hotel I changed 2 rooms because I found beetles
The breakfast was one of the best I ever had included with my hotel rate. Atrium was nice and open for the breakfast crowd. The room was large with sitting area in front and two TVs. Had a good channel lineup for the two days of the All Star Break for MLB. This hotel was great!
Good location. A 25 minute walk to MSU, or a $5 Uber. Rooms were fine, quite large, comfortable, clean. Staff were very friendly. This place was fine as a place to stay while on business in the area. Not sure I'd quite like it for vacation.
What breakfast, everything was closed, everything in the brochure, the website closed... the pool, closed, the restaurant-closed, spa, closed, lounge, closed... why is this place even open? It is a dump
The pool was large and fun. The hotel and rooms were just as advertised. The front desk service was excellent. Many great restaurants you can walk to quickly. It was a great hotel for the price.
The pool is excellent....delicious breakfast....room ., especially the beds, very very comfortable. Room also quiet and relaxing. Will return to this location next time in Lansing!!!
Great location next to the mall and good restaurants. Hotel itself was clean and looked brand new. The room was comfortable and spacious with a good shower. Free parking.
