We had an excellent stay! We first loved the view of the swimming pool and the lake from the room. The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice. The location is perfect and close to everything, like the super market which is only a minute or two away. It had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. We would love to stay there again! That great house (beachfront haven) in Laketown is on the east side of gorgeous Bear Lake - and we loved it!!! It's away from the busyness and traffic of Garden City, so it really feels like vacation and peacefulness. Every night we watched a gorgeous sunset over the lake! Close enough to Garden City to get stuff if needed, but best to plan ahead with food etc. There are some cute restaurants (raspberry shakes) and a gas station nearby. What is great is that the water level goes down quickly on this side (so one can swim and boat easily), plus there is direct access to the bike trail that goes around the lake - without traffic!
