We stayed at the Inn which was not where I would really have wanted to stay but there was a wedding so it was a bus venue. First time staying at the Inn and the rooms are HUGE and have 2 Full beds. They were not a queen I felt. But they were comfy and the room was very spacious and nice bathroom with sperate sink,. The bar is always a great time to sit on the water and enjoy the views of the lake and in this case a wedding as well.

The location was great, and the staff was friendly. I really like that they are pet friendly and they were very accommodating for my pup! The studio included a fridge, stove and microwave, so we were able to purchase some of our own food and drinks which was great!

the place was very modern and clean and the host had everything there to use, coffee maker, full kitchen, clean and modern bedrooms, beds were very comfortable. The also had props, games, mini kareoke machine, etc. Very cute place, I would definitely stay there again.

We had a terrific stay. The owner was cool and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised to find that we were staying in one of the cottages. I guess I didn't understand the room descriptions that well. Anyway, we stayed in one of the older cottages. The shower was a little low for my husband's height, but it didn't bother him. The owner told us that they were replacing the older cottages next year. The newer cottages will have taller showers. The cottage we stayed in was still great. It was extremely clean and very comfortable. It was pretty quiet the nights we stayed. The views were beautiful and the heated saltwater pool was lovely and clean. The resort was in a good location locally. The location also made it easy for us to explore other parts of the state. We'd stay here again. Thanks!
The hotel was very good. It surpassed our expectations since other reviewers rated it so it received a 7.7 score. This is unfair. The rooms are clean, comfortable, bright, and spacious. The bathroom, however, is a bit tight. Common rooms had gracious space and the location of the hotel in the center of time is excellent. Plus we had a beautiful view from our room. We do not understand the mediocre rating given this hotel.

Laconia is a great location on Lake Winnipesaukee with easy access to Lincoln, Mt. Washington and Conway. My husband is a ham radio operator and he was able to make several POTA (Parks on the Air) activations while in Laconia. We also drove up the Mt. Washington auto road so that he could activate a SOTA (Summits on the Air). Lots to do in the area!

Hello! Laconia was beautiful as always! My niece Kaitlin and I stayed at the Birch Knoll Hotel this was our first time staying there. We had stayed in different hotels before when we came down from Maine for concerts! But now since we have discovered the Birch Knoll Hotel! Well we will definitely be going back there to stay.. everything was perfect! And the owners were so nice and helpful! And omg those comfy beds and pillows were like sleeping on a cloud. ☁️☁️ Thank you again! Kelly

The only window in the room was sealed shut. Had there been a fire and no escape through the hallway, no other way to get out. Also, there is rubber padding around the entrance to the hot tub. There isn’t to the entrance to the pool. The tile is extremely slippery. When I exited the pool to walk to the hot tub, I slipped and fell, hitting my head. I went to the front desk to let them know so maybe they would remedy the situation. They did ask if I would like to file an incident report and I told them no. I just wanted them to be aware so they could look further in to a possible fix before someone else gets hurt. Oh

This is a great vacation area.
This is a great vacation area. Very pricey and is definitely not as welcoming to visitors as it should be. Have been going here for over 40 years and seems like all attractions are being closed for ne condo complexes.

The motel was perfect and Weirs Beach was nice but a lot of places closed very early or not open at all. We are just assuming that it was lack of Staffing. But the views are awesome and then we went to Meredith on the advice of the owners of the Birch Knoll Motel. Another wonderful place with great views and nice walking areas.. Anthony's on the pier is a great spot for simple food and awesome views, but they closed very early and we were unable to get there in time the second day.
Reception area was bright and clean. Staff at the desk were welcoming.
Our room was spotless with a very comfortable king bed. The following morning we took advantage of the free breakfast and the choices were great: make your own waffle, hot sausages, eggs & hash brown potatoes, bagles/englush/bread for toasting with butter & jam, cereals, fruit, milk & yogurt, juices, and the most important the coffee bar! We would definitely recommend choosing this hotel to stay in downtown Laconia!
This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. A little home away from home that had everything we needed in a beautiful area. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the owners were quick to respond with any questions we had. We would absolutely love to stay again in the future.
It is immediately around the corner from Weirs Beach and all the activities there and close to many other interesting places to visit, hike, eat, etc.
I do not understand why past reviews of this hotel were somewhat negative. It is clean, comfortable with excellent in town location. The common rooms are light and spacious. The bedrooms are also bright and spacious. The bathrooms are a bit tight. Previous reviews scored this hotel at 7 whcih is definitely not correct.
Great place!!! Cozy, great views, good location. Was our first time here and will definitely be staying here again. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Small area with chairs to sit on the lake with a spot to go swimming. Absolutely perfect!! Loved the game room and deck also.
Great location very near Weirs Beach and an easy ride into Meredith. The condo was well-equipped, making it an inviting place in which to dine and relax.
The patio, with its morning and early afternoon sun, was most enjoyable.
Breakfast was good. Plenty to eat and replenished items quickly. Staff were friendly. Location was perfect for concerts at the Colonial Theatre(walking distance). Rooms were clean and location of the hotel perfect.

Not much, I tried to stay out of the hotel as much as possible. I couldn’t get a refund since I had booked through booking.com. Never will I make that mistake again!
The place was dated but clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the location was convenient to area attractions.
Beautiful area, the staff are amazing, the live bands were wonderful the food at the restaurants was beyond delicious. A free memosa at breakfast was a bonus 😋
