Jeffersonville is a small town and it provides basic accommodations and restaurants. However, if you try to get a nice meal after 9:30pm on a Monday night, you have very limited options. About the only place we could find open was a Hardee's--which was not what we had in mind. They have a cute main street with boutiques, businesses, etc., but it was completely shut down by 9:30pm.
We had trouble with our booking through booking.com and Vickie the lady at desk was awesome doing everything she could to help. The patience’s and kindness was wonderful. We ended up having to talk to booking.com which had to call the hotel and between both ladies our problem was taken care of. Overall great experience. Recommend this hotel.
The hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was clean, updated to a moderate degree and the location though a bit out of the way it saved me lots of money. I show my dogs on a pretty strict budget, and with the rise in fuel costs and food and everything else, this hotel was so much cheaper than the host hotel.
The hotel staff was very nice. The hotel was easy to get to. The breakfast was great and hotel was clean. I would stay there again definitely. My stay met my expectations. The price was much less than surrounding hotels.
