Walk in shower is a learned skill. shower head flooded the bathroom the first time I used it. I asked for 3 am wake up call and didn’t get it. Was told I would get an email after check out of my receipt for my stay. Had to call to get it sent. Staff was great. Buffet breakfast fabulous. Happy hour with complimentary beverages was wonderful. Hotel very clean and comfortable. Counter space by bathroom sink very small for two people. Location very convenient with restaurants, shops, grocery store and movie theatre nearby.

Room was quality and good the job done. Could use some updating and the shower only had one temp. Breakfast was good and it was nice to have a quality continental breakfast since they have become scarce during covid. Restaurant had good reviews but I ordered the steak and frites and it was nearly inedible. Steak was charred on the outside and cool and raw on the inside even though it was ordered medium. Wifi was not free and wasn’t great. Need to update TVs to have smart capabilities because the 5 or so channels is a terrible package. Could use some work, but all in all a quality stay.

The room was amazing for the price.
The room was amazing for the price. The master bedroom was completely separate with a very comfortable queen bed and nice size TV. Only thing I didn't like was the limited choice of programs.
The living room had a foldout couch. The kitchen was full size with a full size refridge.
I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was. The staff was friendly and accomodating - especially for the business center. I'd definitely stay again.

We tried to stay an extra day, but when we called the desk...
We tried to stay an extra day, but when we called the desk we were told that we should check out of our room in the morning, come to the desk, and they would let us know what the "walk-in" rate was. We decided to leave.
The breakfast was a good value and the food was fine, There are elevator problems at this location. The elevators stop at a floor and will not move until hotel personnel use a Key to get it to move. This is a none smoking location; smokers at the back of the building were LOUD and disturbing to someone on the 5th floor. On Friday 2 Sept at 4:30 AM a female had to have a smoke and talked so loud that the hotel staff had to tell her to be quiet.
Upon arrival at the hotel I received a call from family that I did not need to stay in a hotel after all. I went in to pay the late cancellation fee. The staff at the desk were kind and generous and comped the cancellation meaning I paid nothing!! Now that is great customer service!! Thank you Delta!!
The staff was amazing. The rooms and overall hotel were well kept even with a dog show going on in the area. Very comfortable living area with a full kitchen. Great place to stay where you will get your money's worth. Close to the mall and some great restaurants
The most comfortable hotel bed (and pillows) I’ve ever slept on. Quiet. Well appointed room. Great size. Super friendly staff. The building is a little older but the rooms are updated. Everything far surpassed my expectations.
The breakfast was excellent and the cleanliness of the hotel and the room was above all good 👍👍👍 highly recommended to other hotel guests and staff was extremely helpful and well respected in every way and manner
