The breakfast was excellent with many various choices and the cleaning ladies were very nice.
The room size was excellent and the hotel location/parking was great. Everything was clean and I liked how there was an ice machine room and an indoor pool if we wanted to use it.
The name on the reservation must be of the person checking in at the hotel and match the Government-issued photo identification that is required at the time of check-in.

The Rose Music Center cannot be beat!
The Rose Music Center cannot be beat! Free parking, reasonable concession stand prices with a great selection, and not a bad seat in the house. There are also a number of excellent walking trails nearby, along with shopping options.

Stopped for the night on the way to see family and walked...
Stopped for the night on the way to see family and walked across the street for dinner, which was nice not having to get Back in the car. The beds were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. I felt very rested the next morning. I definitely would recommend this hotel.

I reserve the room for my mother and her friend. They both said the hallway was filthy To the point as soon as they got in they check for bedbugs. She had stayed in this hotel one other time and it was great so to hear it wasn’t made a sad
The top security lock on door didnt work. I could hear neighbors coughing and talking. These things are issues because my dog would bark or growl at every sound. The floor was a little dirty, they missed something when vacuuming and the bathroom was nice but the grout was starting to turn black. Even with all my complaints, the hotel was average not great, not the worst, just average.
The staff was really nice and welcoming, and the atmosphere at the hotel was great and friendly. The variety of continental breakfast was more than I expected and good. The cleanliness of the hotel and rooms were outstanding. I would definitely stay there again.
The location was great! The hotel was so clean and the bed was so comfortable! We have been to quite a few hotels this year and by far this was one of the best ones!! We will definitely be back!!!
