The front desk staff was good at check in but when I had a problem with the toilet not flushing - it took maintenance forever to come check on it. Then we moved to another room and then the tv remote control wasn't working and then maintenance never showed up. Sent the General Manager an email and its been 5 days later and I still haven't heard anything from them.

The hotel is close to shopping and eating, so location is great. However, it is very noisy, rooms are not sound proof like they say and you feel like you're in a club not a hotel. So if you want some rest this may not be the place to stay. No sleep at sleep in.
I enjoyed the convenience of the location right in town for a okay price. Staff was exceptionally nice I wish I got her name but who ever cooked or was the staff on breakfast on Mother’s Day was so polite and nice . She’s a great addition to the hotel. Front desk employees were very helpful when I couldn’t get my a/c working and was very polite.
The breakfast was good and you have a few choices so thats a plus. Good water pressure and hot water, bring ultra moisturizing lotion though because it will dry you out. Room was a great size and about a mile from where we visit.
Check in was fast and easy. Hotel and room were very clean which was my main concern as we were traveling with our 9 month old. I was pleasantly surprised about the cleanliness of the facility.
This was my first stay at a hotel on my own, and I would not have had it any other way. It was an excellent stay and I will definitely come back one of these days!
The staff was very nice and accommodating. The location was excellent for the event I attended. There was many restaurants and shopping places close to the hotel.
