Room was clean. Smells good and very spacious. Design is modern.
Bed was soooo comfortable I had a great sleep.
Bathroom was modern. Very clean well stocked.
Breakfast was amazing. So many options and taste good. The dining area was always full of food and the staff were non stop cleaning, organizing and refilling food.
I appreciated the free hot drinks like coffee, tea and hot cocoa. And the flavored water at the lobby.
My check in was fast.

Child across room cried a lot for 2 hours,
Couldn’t sleep, packed up my stuff, went to front desk to tell employee I guess I’d have to check out due to crying child across the hall.
She said ok, I asked about getting a discount due to only being in the room for 2 1/2 hours and she said probably, she needed me to call the front desk in the morning which I did, manager told me I wouldn’t be receiving any discount, that they could have switched my room.
No offer like that was made to me.
Manager then said it was because they only had 1 person working.
I’m not sure what one person working had anything to do with not offering to switch my room. I had no idea they could do that.
Poor customer service.
Super disappointed having to pay full price but never even stayed.

Parking was free, location, staff were very friendly. Breakfast was okay. Room was mostly clean, the bathroom had some noticeable mold in the vents.
It was nice having a room that could sleep 6 for our trip...
It was nice having a room that could sleep 6 for our trip with the grandchildren and also being able to eat breakfast. The pool was useable but the hot tub had too much chlorine and need cleaning so everyones eyes burned.
