Our 1st room smelt like cigarettes and had to switch rooms. The 2nd room the AC unit made a very loud whining noise. The bathroom had a piece of the shower panel coming off and you could see a lot of mold build up.

They need a better cleaning staff. Sheets were not changed, shower had hair in it. Switched to another room from king to queen and that room did not have clean sheets either because we found someone’s credit card in the bed under the sheets..

Nice area. Fairly close to restaurants and other activities. The pool was great although the water was just a little bit cold even though the room was warm. The manager wasn't very friendly though and they don't accept cash only cards at check in which was difficult for us as we had to go back out to Kroger to be able to add money to my card to be able to pay for our room. Very annoying in that aspect. We ate fast food and Chinese but a lot of delivery options available as well although some are through drive services like door dash. Easy to get around for the most part and fairly easy to find our destinations while there.

Hebron was a very central location for us as it was near Cincinnati downtown yet without the buzz and crazy traffic. It is a very peaceful location with a mall and lots of shopping opportunities very nearby.

We chose to stay here because we needed a place to stay...
We chose to stay here because we needed a place to stay quickly for a short weekend get away. It was the cheapest place we found online for the area and it had a pool, which we specifically wanted for our kids. The pool water was super cold! It was a really nice facility and the staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast selection was great too!

The Hotel was easily accessible to area locations. It was a very easy commute to the football fields where our games was scheduled. Very clean facility with accommodating and friendly staff. Pool area was nice. There was vending machines. The washer and dryer laundry facility was nice.

we stayed here because we went to the creation museum and the Ark. It was a good central location for that. Not too many restaurants in the area unless you want to drive a little , there is also a Marriot and a Hampton inn next door.
Prime location - 3-5 mins away from CVG airport and 40 mins away from Noah's Ark. Many restaurants and a shopping area are also very close by. Room is a bit outdated however, it had all the amenities we needed and beds were super comfortable. Hotel provides airport shuttle and free breakfast. They also provide coffee and water throughout the day. Staff is welcoming and well- knowledgeable. Check in and out process was fast and easy. I recommend staying at this hotel to all guests.
The gentlemen that worked the night shift (Shane) was superb. When we flew in around 11:00pm he made sure we were picked up at the airport with the hotel shuttle bus as we weren't able to get our rental car until the next morning as it was closed at 10:00pm. The rooms were really large and spacious as well. Great and friendly staff that we encountered while there. Would recommend and stay there in the future.
The location is super convenient if you have a flight in the morning. There is airport parking across the street and a shuttle to take you to the airport. The hotel itself felt safe and had easy parking in their big, free parking lot. The front desk staff were kind and the bed was comfy. The AC was blasting and we felt relieved to be so close to the airport for our early-morning flight.
The room was great and cozy. The hotel was super nice and very big. I was there for a conference and there was plenty of room for all that was going on. Most of the events like this are held here and I’m glad for that. I’m grateful you guys put up with all of us!
