Everything was clean and organized. I like that they have a walk in shower and also a small balcony. The hotel location is also really good, close to other businesses.

I like the cleanliness and friendly greeting from front desk
Staff was extremely pleasant and accommodating. I am a senior was by myself . They made me feel safe and I had a great time . The place was spotless and the grounds were also. Pool was nice and clean . Could use a few more lounge chairs and the closed caption didn’t work on all the tvs. They were so nice there they took a tv out of another room that had closed caption and put it in the room I was in . I am deaf in one ear . . But that’s about it . I will definitely come back and I have already recommended it. It is perfect for all . Family , couples , teens groups , meetings and seniors . It’s also close to shopping and restaurants. If you don t drive or feel like going out there is a restaurant right next door where they serve breakfast lunch and dinner. There is also a pharmacy that is walkable . A theatre across the street.

We stayed only one night, it was perfect for that except for...
We stayed only one night, it was perfect for that except for the absence of fresh coffee in morning as I mentioned. We will be in that area again around Christmas and are planning to stay there. We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel but the bar, restaurant and menu looked very tempting and we may have a meal and a couple of drinks the next time we visit.

This remodeled and upgraded hotel was wonderful. It is charmingly decorated in early Americana - very nice touch. The bed was comfortable, lots of great pillows, SUPER clean and well-maintained. Coffee maker in the room was greatly appreciated. Also, while near two highways, there was very little road noise. I would stay at this hotel again in a heartbeat - just wish other hotels/motels of similar value and comfort were more plentiful.
This HI & Booking.com are running a SCAM! Charged us EXTRA for “breakfast included”! Upon arrival discovered this HI HAS NO MEAL FACILITIES! No breakfast whatsoever. HI staff promised a $15/day refund on our AMEX card to compensate. This was a LIE. Have received NO adjustments to AMEX…and you have the nerve to ask “how was the breakfast?”. Booking.com & Holiday Inn = SCAM. Will NEVER use either company again!!
I was disappointed that the restaurant was not even open at 9:30am. The help staff arrived late on Sunday. In addition, a wedding party of 50 that was staying at the hotel, had pre paid for breakfast, which was unavailable. That was terrible for this wedding party, which we were not a part of.
This is a small hotel and centrally located. The beds were comfortable and it was extremely clean. They had great breakfast items and a bonus that there was a Starbucks in the parking lot. It served our purposes for one night since it was close to the PNC Arts Center.
The location was good in a quiet community. Close to the highway. Nice shopping area, plenty of choices for restaurant. Chic-fi la down the street - 10 minutes drive. Walking distance to some shopping area.
Better, once I read how to reach the hotel better on Rt35, and not the crazy u-turn way on GPS. Nice covered entry during pouring rain. Friendly staff, and I felt safe. All the antiques made me feel at home.
Breakfast was ok - staff at breakfast were great and kept breakfast area spotless
For price room was very tiny and sheets had holes in them and bathtub was dirty
