The front desk staff and others were great, friendly, engaged in conversations while getting us checked in fast. We were looking for hot water for tea at the beverage bar. It wasn't hot enough and someone cam immediately to get what we needed. We would stay there again.

Everything was wonderful as usual at the Hayton however we had VERY VERY noisy guests above us that sounded like they were moving furniture or rolling luggage until 1 AM then it started again this am at 7 am - 9 am. The room was very clean, quiet until they arrived and we lost sleep and due to that tried sleeping later. Missed breakfast as it was just after 10 when we went down. The hotel graciously listened to my 2 calls around midnight and took care of the noise issue by calling the noisy guests. Maybe the ceilings could have had more insulation is my main concern. Great convenient location! Nice quick easy breakfast w good choices and nice staff,

Property was just off the freeway but surprisingly quiet and we were able to rest through the night. Sheets were extremely soft, hot water in the shower, and I loved how colorful the place was! Very vibrant, upbeat and all around a wonderful experience.

Everything was wonderful, good breakfast, staff pleasant and helpful, pretty lobby and breakfast room with waterfall feature, nice pool area, great room, comfortable beds, so clean, like new! Insulation between floors could have been better soundproofing. Stay as you will not be disappointed!

Down town restaurants had a good variety.
Barrett-Jackson Auto Auction was enjoyable, as well as a day trip to the Superstition Mountains For hike.

The fixtures in the bathroom were not working properly. If you turned on the shower, water continued to heavily flow from the tub faucet & to boot, the drain also was not working properly. A quick shower resulted in above ankle water in the tub. Front desk was advised of the situation, but was not taken care of during our stay.
The write-up for the hotel advertises a restaurant “The Eatery” 24/7. There is no restaurant operating, except for bkfst. and there are no restaurants within a reasonable walking distance, especially in the evening, as the surrounding area is quite desolate.

First of all the beds were broken and missing wood slats on the girls kids beds. My lil girl fell thru the girls bed because it was missing slats and hurt herself right when we got there. I also got a huge splinter in my foot walking around with no shoes in the master bedroom. I have pics to confirm! Second there was no Wi-Fi / and no cable tv so we couldn’t even watch anything! The host did not care. She had the nerve to tell me to go to the library for wifi while I was on vacation here. Couldn’t work on my laptop as well. All around it was a terrible experience and I hope no one else has the same experience I did.

I love everything about this company. They have literally thought of everything. I cannot find a single thing to complain about. They are the masters of their industry. Thank you for your excellent service!
My husband is receiving cancer treatment at the cancer center one block away. That is the main reason we are in Gilbert. However there are a number of hotels and we are glad we found this one. We will be staying there three more times this month. We do wish we could receive a special hospital visitor rate for this extended stay.
The people at the front desk are extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious as handicapped and extremely clean. Breakfast is ample and well presented. Lots of choices.
Pool and lobby are nice. There after the place is very low budget furnished establishment. This hotel is only about 10 years old but it seems like a hundred year old hotel with a fairly new one built around it. The elevator is old and EXTREMELY SLOW!! The decor of the rooms is worse than any red lion or motel 6 I've ever stayed in.!!!! Rooms are scantly furnished with furniture from GOOD WILL. There was 1 face cloth for the wife and I to share!!!!!!!!!!!
The actual hotel was beautiful and the staff members were amazing. They were friendly, very helpful and definitely concerned with making sure our stay was perfect Loved the breakfast both days. The breakfast area was very clean. The food options were great. Staff was friendly and helpful during breakfast. The outside areas were well kept and very clean. The gym was very clean. Great location, safe neighborhood and general area to be in. Fry’s grocery and gas and Starbucks within the same crossroads. The house itself was very clean, very tidy, amenities and facilities were fantastic! I wanted a private place to stay that wasn’t a hotel where we could cook if we wanted and watch some TV when we weren’t out doing other things around Gilbert. And it was ABSOLUTELY worth the price.
The hotel was near numerous restaurants which we could easily walk to and close to Highway 60 so convenient for getting around the city. The room was very comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. There was a good selection of food for breakfast: pancake maker, eggs, meat, cinnamon rolls & pastries.

This a reasonably new hotel and this was reflected in the decor and ambiance of the hotel. Everything appeared very fresh and clean. Breakfast was ok, just what would be expected at a Holiday Inn Express. Staff were friendly and gave great service.
I enjoyed that all the TVs were Roku TVs, it has an enclosed porch, the host was quick to respond to questions, location was very close to downtown Gilbert, soaps were provided , and it was very clean and comfortable. I have stayed here twice now.
Breakfast was wonderful; however, breakfast should be served earlier than 7:30 am especially when the hotel is full of tournament players who may have very early games.
Great Location off the 202. Plenty of shops, places to eat, etc. I had surgery the next morning at Mercy Gilbert Hospital. Easy access of hotel to hospital.
