I never write a review, but this hotel was amazing. It was so clean and affordable. We had a double room with a sofa pull out bed and had so much room. My family of 5 slept comfortably. The breakfast was really good too!! Would definitely stay again! Staff was incredibly kind and helpful!!

Love Gainesville! So much to do! The botanical gardens are lovely, and we loved 4th ave Food Park! YUM. Celebration Pointe is a nice area and Hana and Spurrier's are great restaurants. Definitely a foodie town. Piesano's is great for pizza and drinks. I wouldn't go back to Dragonfly Asian restaurant.

I was only there for the NHRA drag racing at the Gainesville track so didn't have time to see anything of Gainesville. But the Red Roof was very convenient for Gainesville Raceway, only 15 miles away so I would definitely return

Getting around Gainesville is very easy.
Getting around Gainesville is very easy. There's lots to do there. We visited the Butterfly Exhibit but did not have enough time to see the Museum of Natural History or the Art Museum. No lack of dining options. We chose to dine at Carabbas and both the service and food didn't disappoint. Lots of places to shop. With the University of Florida located there, it provided for a very youthful environment which we totally enjoyed. This is a town worthy of a visit.

Easy to get around.
Easy to get around. On Archer Rd and around the I75 exit, there was every store/resturant you could imagine. Gainesville is definitely a college town. Shands Hospital is wonderful and very conveniently located.

Loved university of FL! We went for a college tour. While our walking tour was cancelled due to rain, the students did an excellent job speaking and telling us about the highlights of the school. We were lucky to have spent time walking around the day before. It’s a beautiful school. Very impressed. Also….Sweet Pete’s candy shop was awesome!! So much fun to walk through a 3 story candy shop! Beautifully decorated for fall/Halloween! Yummy too! 😍
Very clean, "new-ish" hotel, comfortable room, and great amenities. We stayed for 1 night, as we were on a road trip. The location is great, you can easily go by walk or by car to plazas nearby where you can find stores, restaurants, etc. There was a water heater issue but the property called us in advance to let us know. They offered a cancellation at no fee but we did not mind and decided to keep the room at the hotel, and we even get a room upgrade. Staff was great.

It was located very close to the Dental School at FU which is where we wanted to be. It was near many good Restaurants and shopping. The hotel had a very nice and comfortable breakfast area with a variety of food to select from. There was 24 hour coffee and tea available. The staff were all very friendly and always smiling. Our room was very nice and spacious. The towels seemed new and were good quality. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.
I loved the pillows😃, the staff were very friendly, it was a nice hotel, clean and comfortable, my kids decided not to swim, the pool was a pretty good size, I think it’s location was open to the back parking lot so they felt uncomfortable. It’s not really a hotel for kids , but nice and clean for when you just want to enjoy your time exploring Gainesville and then have a safe, comfortable hotel to come back too to sleep and then back on the go.
The parking lot was well lit, giving a sense of security. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet.
My reason for choosing this hotel was that it was near UF Shands where my husband was having surgery (we live an hour away). We also needed a reasonable rate and this place offered that.
Although I didn’t need it, there is an IHOP across the street.
Fantastic hotel, very nice staff. The ladies fulfilled every wish during my stay. The invoice was issued without any problems. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, a set of towels to use during your stay. There is a fridge and microwave in the room. I recommend it to anyone taking a business trip, for example.
This a relatively new hotel with two elevators and easy parking available. Wi-Fi was excellent. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was large and bathroom was functional. Fitness Room had a large variety of equipment. Red Lobster was next door which was not only convenient bur very good.
We stay at Eleo every time we come to Gainesville to visit our UF daughter. We love the hotel, the location, and Covey Kitchen & Cocktails. The only downside is there is sometimes a long wait for valet. It would be wonderful to have a self-park option.
The location was just off the hwy. and the room was big enough to accommodate a family of 5(2 adults, 3 kids,13,10, and 10). It was relatively cheap compared to other nearby hotels. Continental breakfast fed 5 of us just fine.
Great location near Main Street bars/restaurants and only 25 minute walk down University Drive to stadium. Free parking at hotel, but 2 blocks east toward campus some lots were charging $20 to park for game.
Brand new hotel, nice staff, has a restaurant that served me even after hours. Parking is free during the night on the street, otherwise there is a parking house just opposite.
