I was there for work....actually returning in a few weeks. I didn't see a lot of Fairburn, but what I saw was okay.
I ate at the Cracker Barrel just a couple of minutes up Senoia Road; however, there are actually several places easily within walking distance.

I lived in Fairburn for a few years from 2011-2014 and I miss it every day! It is the perfect town with the perfect pace, not too fast and not too slow. You get to drive into the "madness" called Atlanta and the surrounding suburbs and come back to the peacefulness of Fairburn. It is very family oriented and that is a plus living in the times that we are living in.
The rooms was wonderful. The entire hotel is clean from the moment you walk in. Silvia was amazing!!! She was the most amazing kind person, extra plus my son loved her. Breakfast was good. Perfect home away from home.
Location is great, just about 15 minutes drive from Atlanta Airport.
Many restaurants to chose from located close to the hotel.
The rooms were clean.

This was one clean hotel. You could tell that the housekeepers here really pays attention to detail and is not just working for the money. The hot breakfast was really good.
