I just love the Hotel, we come here for vacation every time since we moved away from NYC and for me the staff, cleanliness and the rooms are great especially the sizes from the rooms are big compared with other City Hotels. Especially the staff from the Desk are amazing.

Lobby: good place to socialize with family that was also staying at the hotel. Breakfast bar and social hour was excellent too. Easy access to fast casual dining as well.

The hotel was very clean! The rooms were clean but ready for new carpet. It was nice having the 24 hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate! The staff was incredible with their professionalism, extremely helpful and always had on a smile!!
Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. For the price, the room was old and outdated. Front desk was friendly and courteous. My main complaint was that a lot of people wearing red T-shirts whom I assume were the maintenance staff were on their cell phones and taking up all the seats and space in the main lobby. It was most unattractive. They should have been in a maintenance area. They were dropped off 10 to a van at the front entrance. Not very becoming. They should have entered via the service entrance in the rear. Good hotels do not allow the maintenance workers to sit and mull around in the main lobby.
Find another hotel.

Very good location for anyone who needs to be both in NJ and in the city.
Nice small fridge was empty - which is a good thing, cause it allows you to put in your own things (instead of the ripoff minibar many hotels provide).
And surprisingly - a small microwave was available and appreciated.

Great hotel. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Bus stop straight to Manhattan is a 5 minute walk. Seemed to be a safe area. We walked with our kids from the bus stop late at night and didn’t feel uncomfortable. Staff is great. Locals are nice. Kitchen and bar hours are limited due to Covid but we really enjoyed it. Beds are super comfortable, too!
Friendly and professional reception; central location which is near to the main road and downtown; comfy rooms, and hardworking housekeepers. You have a microwave and fridge in your room, and they are life savers if you prefer to eat and drink in your room. TV channels are quite enough to spend a good time if you like to watch TV.
The staff is great Ipool was great and hotel was quieif just no walkways on the main road you can't really get to the stores if you felt like walking at the hotel I think had a shuttle cabs were accessible to drive there's no issue
but otherwise the hotel is great
We had a wonderful time at this place. The Staff was super nice and proactive in serving us. This hotel is the best in term of cleaning and providing good breakfast. We enjoy the pool so much as well.

The neighborhood was save and near supermarket and some restaurants. If i go back for vacation for sure going to book there again~
