Convenient location. External grounds maintained well. Room was comfortable, bedding and linens were good.
A town of about 11000, older storefronts. This gives more of a hometown feel. Many churches to choose from for Sunday services. Close to Hershey and Lancaster attractions. A small college town, along with the Abel Family venues for weddings and such. Great place to use as a home base when in the area. Guss's Restaurant served home-cooked meals, and Brothers Pizza has quite the menu for the kids, large pizza or buy it by the slice, all good. Many more eateries to try.
We stayed the weekend because we were attending a wedding close by. Breakfast was great both days we were there and was obviously homemade and was not like your standard hotel fare. The owners were very hospitable and interacted with the guests and made everyone feel right at home. Breakfast are in the Guesthouse and made it nice to talk to the other guests that were staying. We will be going back. Thanks Tim and Susan.
The breakfast (2) was amazing and different from one day to the next. The Kauffmans hosted really well, friendly and kind. I would recommend everyone going near Elizabethtown or Harrisburg to stay at this B&B. Job well done Thank You West Ridge B & B.
This was a quiet hotel close to the town, 5 min drive.
The room was clean, big, comfortable and quiet, despite facing the front of the hotel where all the cars parked.
The reception staff was very nice and helpful and very professional.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. I really liked the cheese omelet. The front desk employees were knowledgeable about the area. All the employees had a smile on their face whenever I interacted with them
I had to book a room because the KOA didn't have a place to stay that night. We stayed there after the hotel for 3 days. We were able to go to the hershey park and museum. But plan to come back when it isn't so hot.
Not much. This motel was over priced for the quality. Bright red sink and tub shower were odd at best. Tiny bathroom where toilet paper pressed into your arm while on toilet.
