This is the most beautiful beach we have ever been to!
This is the most beautiful beach we have ever been to! I would 10 out of 10 recommend this location if you do nothing other than go to the beach! We went to the Big Kahuna water park one day and that was also a lot of fun! Dat Burrito Place was one of our personal favorite eating places! Merlin's Pizza was also very yummy with great service! The Yard Milkshake Bar is a really fun place to go for dessert and they offer plain milkshakes without all the frills if you don't want one of the specialty items.

You want to stay in SANDESTIN in Miramar Beach just East of Destin. Destin proper is not as refined and relaxing as Sandestin. Destin is too cliché touristy and younger busy and older community looking. Sandestin is classier yet not stuffy. Just East of Sandestin is the beautiful town of Santa Rosa Beach that is ritzy and gorgeous and has a beautiful beach nearby called Blue Mountain Beach. Santa Rosa Beach also has some excellent restaurants also with nice views of the Gulf.

Love Destin.
Love Destin. The beautiful white beaches and the clear water you just can not beat. There is plenty to do from mini golf, go carts, swimming with the dolphins, MY FAV. THE SHOPPING, and Wonderful restaurants and food. This will be our forever Vaca yearly.. Definitely try Mcguires Irish pub the best steak I've ever eaten, AJ's on the bay is a perfect lunch stop and we all know the famous Donut Hole for breakfast...

I was told because we booked thru booking.com we were put in a cheap room. I overpaid for my weekend and we only stayed one night. The room were we’re in was not even close to what was shown in the photos! Never again!!

Destin is a beautiful area for families The beach is clean and the sand is soft and white. There are so many things to do in the area. Driving is a bit of a hassle, but the rental of a golf cart looked like a smart idea. We ate at Fat Clemenza's and the Surf Hut. Both were excellent for the food and the ambiance. We also ate at Fudpuckers, but once we were seated, it took forever to be served our food. There was plenty to do while we waited for a table, but the kitchen was very slow.
My husband and I came to Destin for a weekend getaway. We stayed in a King room. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. Upon checking in we received a text from the hotel personnel asking if our room looked okay and if we were pleased. We also received another text the next day making sure we were still comfortable, which I thought was nice! The location was great- close to everything. We used Uber several times and they arrived very quickly. We enjoyed our stay so much we plan to stay here our next trip to Destin.
The hotel was absolutely beautiful. So clean!! I loved whatever the air freshener was they piped in, it made the building smell so good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful!! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in the heart of Destin. Joe's Crab Shack and Bubba Gump were right next store and The Track Adventure park was a couple minute walk the other way.
From the moment we checked in the service was exceptional. The receptionist was amazing and welcoming, and the house keepers were as well. Our room was very clean and already cool for us! Which is a first for me staying in hotels. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. We will definitely be picking this hotel for our next vacation to Destin Florida!
The hotel was within walking distance of everything, and made my drive shorter. The rooms were very clean, and smelled really nice. We have visited Destin FL several times, and stayed at different hotels. Our stay at Best Western was by far the best experience we have ever had.
Located in Sandestin with many properties around it. There's a lot of walking/biking trails, beautiful scenery with the bay in your backyard. Baytown Warf is very close and has many restaurants to choose from. The townhouse is spacious and decorated very nice. Comfortable beds!
When i booked we thought it was more of hotel... the checkin lobby was a mile from where we where staying.. we typically if we stay in hotwl stay at Sandestin Hilton, which i know is totally different, but not that it is not nice but we will not be staying there again
We love the hotel. We always stay here. We just get different rooms every time.. We had plenty of towels and pots and pans and everything was clean. Basic layout of all Sundestin rooms spaceous bedroom and walk through bathrooms
Daily happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks was nice and appreciated by the whole family. It's also nice that the hotel is walking distance from the beach. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Fantastic breakfast, excellent hotel lobby, and a nice gym. The best part is the location because it's right next to a large outdoor mall with a variety of food options and shops.
