The property is beautiful. We went for my son’s birthday and took 8 kids with us. They all swam to their hearts delight and had a ton of fun. We loved the pools and the hot tub. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. The staff was incredible. The food was really good. My husband loved the bar because he went up there and got to sing 😂 also I loved the great big bathtubs.
Stayed in Denison for an Aunts Memorial. Did not go site seeing. Denison is a city with a good selection of stores, restaurants, fast food services.
Like that it's freeway is clean and infrastructure is being upgraded.

Room was clean the day of arrival. I asked for the room to be clean all 3 nights but house keeping never came. I had to ask the front desk for towels daily. Had to empty my trash and make bed each day. Even after I reminded the front desk to clean the room it was not done.
Breakfast was pretty good for my guest but I’m vegetarian so there were no options for me which is common.

Friendly , peaceful, home as a child. The lake, 20 minutes to Casinos in Oklahoma. Fishing,coffee at CJs w/ wonderful deserts. Sandwiches etc. Shrimp at cotton patch, Also lots of woods to forage .

North Lake Texoma is right within driving distance, and...
North Lake Texoma is right within driving distance, and there are several great restaurants, including Cotton Patch and The Jalapeno Tree. We haven't made it to The Point on North Lake Texoma but plan to. It is close so you could drive into Dallas and surrounding areas easily off Highway 75.
I checked in around 3 pm and the front desk manager was friendly and accommodating. She also checked me out and was great at listening to my complaints about the room. She tried her best to get my TV to work the first night of my stay, and since it couldn't be resolved before 11pm it was put off till the next day. The morning day manager attended to the TV and got it working by the time I returned for the evening.
The house is very nicely furnished and appeared to be almost all new inside. The kitchen area was very roomy which was great for a group stay. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. I would definitely recommend this property to others and will likely stay here again the next time I visit Denison.
Could not find the place!!!! Never stayed there. it was late my phone went dead . Couldn't find an address on booking.com I drove around for nearly an hour!! drove 20 miles out of my way couldnt find it at all. went to hotel down the road!
Pool only thing about this hotel but inside the pool area was a true safety hazard cause there were buckets and yellow tape around hot tub and bathroom was blocked off ... true safety issue in there ...
Reasonable, pet friendly, room was clean. I like that they enforce prevention of pets barking excessively and disturbing guests. Very quiet hotel. Our room had a refrigerator and microwave.
The best thing about our stay was Jeremey Wade.... I mean i cant tell you enough about this guys, above and beyond and so friendly! We will be back because of him. Thanks again Jeremy!
Well furnished room, comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Never ending big breakfast sausage and scrambled eggs. Nice selection juices. Hotel exterior and interior all new.
