We’ve stayed in a La Quinta a few years ago in another city and loved it so wanted to stay at this one when passing through. It was clean, staff were very nice, and the free breakfast was excellent for the family.

Location was great .rooms was dirty towels dirty ,toilet flushing continuously without touching ,carpet dirty .and roaches running around every where at least 50 to 60 in my room in the microwave and refrigerator behind the couch .open the cabinet door ,the entire door fell on my feet ,sending me to the floor in pain .very dangerous, I would not recommend this hotel to nobody ,it shouldn't be opened.

I loved the friendly staff, comfortable beds, shower was nice and hot .....I also loved the curved shower bar, I hate it when the shower curtain keeps touching me (this on didn't)so this one was the best I've seen in a while.

The area was great.
The area was great. But the hotel wasn't main rained or kept up. The outside was dirty. The lawn and the flower beds hadn't been mowed at all. Looked really bad for a hotel that wants people's business. 😞

I love the location everything was close you could walk to...
I love the location everything was close you could walk to restaurants. Need directions to the bay found it by accident. Still enjoyed the bay when I got there but still don't think I could find my way back.

We visited the USS Alabama and USS Drum, that is a full day if you tour everything. We had dinner at Dickey's BBQ close to the hotel and it was the best BBQ we have had in that area. We took a day drive out to Gulf Shores and Orange Beach, about 45 min from the hotel. Nice drive down 59. The only thing I missed doing was an air boat ride, which was booked up, I suggested reservations in advance.

Loved the beach but to windy on the days we booked. We wanted to let the baby get her toes in the sand for the very first time but to cold. Always traffic but flowing fairly well. Didn't like the fact that every place we looked at for food had drive-thru ,takeout and delivery, but the catch is no one would deliver to anywhere. I am on oxygen 24/7 and it is difficult to get in and out of car in the evening when we had already settled in after a long drive. So no delivery 😔.
We loved the breakfast. Only issue was the layout of the breakfast area. With a lot of people it gets crowded and a little chaotic. Rooms were clean, we didn't realize the stove didn't have an oven, but we dealt with it. It was nice that it was like an apartment, and we were comfortable. We appreciate the staff, because they were dealing with people from the hurricane and their normal holiday traffic. Wonderful job!
The suite was a good size. The fridge and microwave were useful, and there were plenty of free tv channels.
The breakfast, although not vast but was okay to get your day started. The hotel was the perfect location to nearby restraunts and shopping centres.
The hotel staff were welcoming, friendly, and happy to assist where they could.
The staff were so friendly, the room size was good and it is so close to the shopping mall. This was my first time (usually I stay a nearby hotel) and it is a good alternative. Rina (sorry if I got the name wrong) was at the frontdesk when I checked in, she was so nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
Price was excellent. The staff, from the front desk to the housekeepers, are the kindest people we've ever met! We spent 4 days in this hotel and they treated us like family every day! Extra towels without question, cleaned the room when we asked, and always asked how we were doing when we walked by.
The property was lovely and well kept. The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful; especially Will & Robin. I enjoyed that the pool backed up on green area so it was very relaxing. The breakfast had more variety than other hotels. Overall, I would stay at this location again.
Overall stay was good but the refrigerator did not work. I worked late hours in the area and I was to exhausted to deal with changing rooms or having someone in my room to fix it. I would use ice in the refrigerator to keep things cold.
The convenience of the location, perfect for taking the interstate and get where you need or go to the insides of Daphne. The staff was also very helpful and attentive in general. I think the amenities overall are just OK
The breakfast foods were delicious; good selection; lovely setup. The hotel room was roomy and well appointed. The kitchen was a great addition! And the staff was cordial and made sure we had everything we needed.
The hotel was nice staff and breakfast along with the laundry. Room was huge with a refrigerator desk to work at. Pool was clean and nice. There were grills.
