Owner was incredibly helpful and accommodating when there was a booking hiccup. This location is freshly renovated and clean. It's a no-frills accommodation, exactly what was expected.

The location was ideal to my activities. The rooms were clean.
The rooms were ok. Bed was a bit creaky. Liked the wood floors rather than carpeting.
Too noisy. Right by the highway.
Nice free breakfast area
Staff was pleasant.
Price of room should be more budget friendly for what it is

Friendly, helpful staff.
Friendly, helpful staff. Filled room request without a problem. Made room reservations for a future event, no problem, very helpful. Room was clean. Only showered and slept there, out the rest of the day at a convention so didn't really get to use any amenities or see what was available.

I had formerly written about a $50 charge that I was charged on the night I checked in. The charge was NOT dropped the next morning. I was charged the extra $50 on my credit card. I called the hotel about this. The woman who answered my call took care of the issue quickly and professionally and, when I checked on my credit card statement, the charge was indeed dropped. Thanks, Jamie, for taking care of this issue.

The staff was very accommodating, there was no mini refrigerator in our room. I was traveling with my special needs granddaughter and had items that needed to be kept cold. I called the front desk and there was a refrigerator in our room when we returned from dinner!

The Iron Fork restaurant was great and close by.
The Iron Fork restaurant was great and close by. There is also a mexican restaurant with great food and staff off of bloom road which was great. The only thing I would say for a family is to bring extra trash bags from home and maybe some paper plates, cups and utensils for those nights you eat in or bring leftovers from a night out. Also, dont forget your laundry bags. It can get messy really quickly in a room with 4 people.
The property is quite and convenient. We have stayed several times at this location, and even though our family stays at another hotel, we stay here! We love the feel of the suite we stayed in and have stayed in that exact room before! The hotel staff are friendly and just stellar people. In these times it is comforting going out and staying at a place that understands the importance of making people feel safe. Thank you all for your hard work!
I confirm my reservation with the facility the night before. When I arrived at day, I was told there is no room available for me. I booked this hotel four months in advance. After 30 minutes of arguing, I was given my room. My room smelled like cigarettes and garbage. My door was broken. And the security latch was ripped off the wall, and the molding was broken. I brought this to the attention of the front desk, and they had little to no care.
Location for the work conference was perfect. Towels were in good condition. Water pressure in the shower was great.
I was able to open the windows to get fresh air, which is not common enough in hotels. And it felt safe to leave them open at night for a stretch.
The hotel restaurant had decent vegetarian options and even a gluten free bread option! Big and very pleasant surprise.
The rooms were neat and clean and was perfect for me being able to be close to my Dad during his stay at Danville Hospital. The breakfast I had there before leaving was very good and the portions were generous! I would highly recommend this place to stay at for anyone that has a loved one that is at Danville hospital and needs to be close to them.
The' hot breakfast at Hampton Inns is consistent, but usually, not really great or worth eating (and this applies to nearly every one). I normally just eat cereal with some dried fruit if available. Although I have noticed some hotels buy cheap Raisin Bran (and yes, I can tell the difference).
The location is very good, next to the highway, the room is very quiet, there is a gas station next to the hotel, there is a McDonald's opposite, the breakfast is also very rich, and the front desk service is very good.
The hotel and staff were fine, but after staying in hotels in the heart of Pittsburgh and Cleveland for 100 a night, a hotel in Danville, in the middle of nowhere, wasn’t worth 200 a night.
Location was a little scary, 3 abandoned/uninhabited facilities nearby that were thoroughly trashed! Hotel was missing windows and stucco in places! Car in parking lot missing a window.
We never got checked in, front counter hostess was very ignorant to us. Read other reviews on this hotel before going to them. We went to a hotel down the road with great service.
