I was nice and clean, very homey perfect for our holiday getaway. We felt relaxed a home away from home. Our early check in was smooth and easy. Would love to come back during the summer when it’s not raining.

Checking in was a nightmare. Wanted to charge me double when already paid. Took me about 30 min to check in when it should have taken me 5 min. Staff was very rude .
This hotel is just 5 minutes’ drive from Knott’s Berry Farm Theme Park. Days Inn by Wyndham Anaheim Near the Park features an outdoor pool and hot tub.
The staff was amazing. The management was one of a kind friendly and personable. I recommend that anyone visiting the area see if you can get this place. I promise you will have a great experience. I travel often and have stayed in places on both sides of the spectrum and I have nothing negative to say about this place. Great size space, great appliances, and even a bath tub. The place is great!

I booked about 11 p.m. for a one-night stay.
I booked about 11 p.m. for a one-night stay. The room I booked was perfect, but it was a model, not supposed to be rented. Still, I'd booked it online with confirmation. When the manager could not be reached, staff decided to let me stay. Didn't get to my room until 11:30 p.m. because of the discussion. Staff is kind and accommodating.
Cypress Extended Stay is located in a business neighborhood, but the residents I encountered seemed to be long-term, non-working people who liked to chat up the employees...who were always nice. Not typically "professional" - but a blessing for those residents....

If you're only going to sleep and shower, then it's ok to stay here. There is nothing quaint, pleasant or friendly about this place. It's the bare minimum here and definitely not the friendliest staff. Someone should have a Wyndham Exec stay here and see what they think.

The location is nice and quiet.
The location is nice and quiet. My room was clean and the kitchenette was a pleasant surprise- the room was very roomy and I was able to park right outside my room. My only concern was there were a few frightening characters loitering towards the back end of the property and I didn’t see any security guard on duty. Otherwise this was a pleasant stay and I would definitely come back.

There was an actual kitchen, a big fridge, nice living room with a tv and also in the bedroom .worth the price. Something close to home or being comfortable. Cypress is close to where my daughters live. Very convenient.

Nice little area , lots of restaurants and stores in the area. Long Beach is close. Variety of different cuisine restaurants. Somewhat diverse area. Clean. Merchants and residents are very friendly . Getting to Cypress from LAX takes time due to traffic and some drivers make it challenging.
Getting around Cypress was pretty easy.
We came in to visit friends for a party from San Diego and didn't want to have to drive back home afterwards. We looked at the four hotels that were closest to the house and this looked online to be the best one but I was unsure. When we arrived everthing was neat and tidy. The place was clean and service was prompt and professional. I think they must have update the rooms recently because they were very nice and clean. It even came with a refrigerator and microwave. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
The best thing about this hotel was the room was very spacious and clean. All the bowls and utensils were very clean. There was a shower booth instead of tub and it was very spacious, too.
The hotel was located in the heart of O.C, so we were able to had many kinds of ethnic foods.
The pool area had lots of sittings which enabled us to a good time with our friends who visited us there.
Checkout was 12 and this gave us enough time to excercise in the morning before we left.
The owners are exceptionally understanding and helpful from my experience. Always around if you need something and very accommodating. Would recommend for anyone struggling to find affordable housing short term. The neighbors all seem fine, and like a mix of transients and long term residents, but nothing seemed too worrisome in the area.
Under new mgmt. Friendly staff, good deal, new mgmt. working hard to get hotel up to par..Small pool but it was awesome and open till 10pm. Dalton Restaurant 3 doors away was awesome family style food. Shopping close by, market, drug store, fast food, perfect for traveler..
Laundry on site too.. less than $4.00 a load.
The main reason I chose this hotel is because I had used this hotel before for work abou a year ago, and their breakfast was amazing. For this visit I was a little disappointed. The fees were the same maybe even a little higher and the breakfast was not as awesome as before.
Was a great hotel- would be glad to stay here again if I'm in the area. Rooms were clean and had every thing we needed. Super nice employees as well! Free parking, free wifi! Was able to see Disneyland fireworks from the room!
Love the staff and location every time we come to California we stay at this hotel I absolutely love this place and definitely recommend it to everyone but the last two times we've had problems so this was my last stay
The staff was great, and the location was close to a lot of restaurants, Disneyland, and some beaches. The pool was a nice add on. The hotel was also very clean, with room service every day.

It's a big plus with a warm breakfast included. The location is very convenient. Located right in a plaza, you'll reach several restaurants in just 3 min. walking out of the hotel.
