The rooms were a little dated. When I first arrived, it didn't look like the floors had been swept in a long time but to be fair I was in a smoking room and I'm sure they probably don't have much call for those rooms. I just went and got a broom and swept them myself.
I enjoyed the fact that I was at the very end. It was very private, peaceful, and quiet.

A wonderfully tranquil spot surrounded by nature and a park to walk around. I sat by the lake (a few steps away from the rental) and watched the ducks, geese and swans as I drank my coffee in the morning, just a lovely area! Also a huge hit with the 15 yr old girls. There were games to play, they could walk safely around the area and just be kids and space to sprawl out and watch a movies. Don gave us wonderful ideas of things to do and places to dine at. We ended up going to Spencer's Winery to eat, it was very good and had a amazing view of the sunset! The girls already want to plan a longer stay soon!
This motel was so friendly. A few weeks ago I had stayed across the highway at Days Inn. Oh my the room stunk had to climb steps. The bathroom wasn’t that great. I started itching after awhile. I left within 5 hours. So don’t waste your time. Go to Cuba Inn!
