We greatly appreciated the staff allowing us to check in early. Otherwise, we would have had to pay considerable temporary luggage storage fees at Union Station in order to do the sightseeing in downtown L.A. that afternoon.

The staff was so patient with me. I had a problem with my credit card they waited for me to clear it up with my bank. So very nice they were tho I was embarrassed they made it seem like no big deal. I appreciated that. Also I parked underground the lot was very clean. I forgot my phone charger in my car since I didn't know the area i went to the front desk to see if someone would walk with me to my car. the very kind gentleman was extremely nice and escorted me all the way there and back then he waited with me about 10 min until my food arrived delivery. We had great conversation this are very well staffed with people who love their job. I will stay next visit to your state.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNT MONEY ON THIS HOTEL ..... This was my 6th stay at The Double Tree as it had always been so nice. But sadly, I was heartbroken at how poor it had become. The main entrance was ok but then you enter, what can only be described as, the1980's. Furniture damaged, dirty valance around the bed, old, worn towels, the carpet was so tired and worn. Just so grubby to look at. Poor quality all around, breakfast was $29 and if you wanted pancakes they were an additional charge. The jacuzzi was broken, no body lotion in the container. No housekeeping unless you asked and even then it was too late, this was at 10.00am !! I shall never stay again and it is so sad as it was, once, a long time ago and good hotel.
We stayed here on our US roadtrip to take advantage of some present shopping in the outlets across the carpark. It was a great choice. After a long day shopping for our kids, we were delighted to find a hotel with a perfect room and a really good restaurant. The service at dinner and breakfast was excellent and friendly.
Fun, fun, fun!!! I met a bunch of great people at the hotel. Everyone was so amazing and friendly. From the staff to the customers, everyone here was at the casino to have a fun and great time. For my first time staying here I definitely give the property two thumbs up!
The hotel was perfectly situated for Citadel Outlets which is what we wanted. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfy. The bathroom was a great Suze too and the staff were all super friendly and helpful.
