Customer service was excellent. AJ is an asset to your team. He was prompt, courteous, very knowledgeable, and handled himself well even when some patrons were rude and unpleasant. Our room was clean, comfortable, and met our needs. I should also mention that there were some teens running around making noise until management got involved. Before we could report the noise, AJ was already handling the situation. It was a blessing to have him working during our stay. Keep up the excellent work!

We just stayed for one night en route to Boston Typical commercial town. However we had the best artisan pizza on our holiday here, perfect.
Hotel breakfast finished at 9.30 which caught us out. Pool only opened at 8am not 5am as stated. View from bedroom window not good.
