Loved how remote it was, the drive up there was like a dream for me coming from the uk and not having scenery like that.
The place itself had everything I could ask for and from my porch I saw lizards, hares, hummingbirds and Pluto (or maybe Bluto) the neighbours dog that came and climbed all over me as I sat on the porch 😆
From the main house the sunset was stunning.
The food was delicious too and very filling.
I would recommend this place.
You get an experience you would never get at a chain hotel.

It is a great location with a nice pool and a neat and comfortable room. Lots of parking slots and close to many places to have lunch or dinner.

Amazing location; lovely big room for a family of 4. SO CLEAN! Pristine! Tea & coffee facilities in room, fridge, great little gym room & 2 pools. Lovely little balcony & we could see deers!! Great location, just 30 mins from park entrance. East walk long distance to fresh sushi & Mexican for dinner. Awesome & generous continental breakfast. Super friendly & helpful staff. Cindy beds. Great customer service from Forest when there was a fault with our room door & my husband couldn't get in, tried all avenues, and got him a room free of charge. Just wanted to say thank you to all staff involved, including Amanda. Staff recommended great places to eat and the rooms are very clean & comfortable.
Hotel is near Yosemite which we highly recommend seeing; and to do a day tour with Discover Yosemite.
Would happily stay here again.

Daniela was very welcoming, and her ranch was super cute. She even left us some goodies & cold water (which was very much appreciated)! The location is not ideal if you want something close to Yosemite as it took us 45min to reach the South gate & another hour to Yosemite Valley; but if you're looking for a place to explore Coarsegold/Oakhurst & surroundings then I definitely recommend it!

Coarsegold was great.
Coarsegold was great. The cabin we stayed in at Yosemite RV Resorts had intermittent water in bathroom and kitchen. Certainly not worth over $300 a night and we stayed 3 nights. Very disappointing. Would not recommend anyone stay there. Management made no apology in any way.
Goarsegold was quaint and had every store we needed and great restaurants.

Nice place to visit small town friendly people excellent place for lunch. It's a Small Town not much to see but the casino is the main event in this area along with Yosemite National Park Oakhurst which is down the road with more variety and bigger stores

It was very peaceful and quiet, at night the view of the sky and all the stars was so amazing not something you see out here in LA night sky, the little cabin was a home I could live in any day. It was a bit confusing to get to my cabin because the place is very big but nothing to complain about really I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend to anyone.

It’s a very small town with everything you need along the main road. Our very part of Coarsegold was the local coffee shop Zanders. When we went through the drive through we could see that there was a shaded grassy picnic area. If we weren’t on our way out of would have been the perfect spot to have a little lunch with our toddler and dog. The people we encountered were very nice and helpful.
We can’t wait to come back but hope to spend more time in Yosemite.
