We loved the heated indoor/outdoor pool.
The sausage gravy, eggs, and biscuits were a nice bonus above a traditional "continental breakfast".
The staff was hard working but still pleasant. We were very impressed with the paintings that a staff member had done around the pool area.

I like having a whole house to myself. The house was clean and had all the amenities of your typical air bnb, including washer/dryer (although we didn't use it) without the price tag of air bnb. The host was quick to respond and made sure self check in was easy.
It's a beautiful turn of the century hotel. I enjoyed that it was mostly authentic. There's no elevator. Our room had television and cable, and a comfortable modern bed. Aside from that our room had no refrigerator or telephone. The furniture in our room was vintage and very nice. The staff is very friendly and everything we ordered from the reasturant was fantastic.
