Nice neighborhood and the home is located on a creek with a big backyard. I rented a car to explore but a Metro station was relatively close that I utilized as well. Clean and comfortable room and amenities. Close to some cool outdoor parks and spaces and not too far from DC.

The breakfast was descent. I thought a vending machine was on site. There was a store at the entrance of the hotel, so it was ok for no vending machine inside the hotel

I like that the property is convenient and the staff is great. For the area the price was slightly too high. Also, the stale smells in the room. I think they should use some kind of air freshener in the room.

The place was clean love the restaurant/bar. It was easy to get the MGM Casino and Tanger outlets was not far
almost walking distance. The bonus was Top Gold was right next to the hotel.

I went for price and proximity when I got stuck in a traffic jam on 95.
It was a good price - and you get what you pay for - I would actually do it again. I am not affluent.
There was no cold water in the shower! Had to run the hot water and take a shower real quick turn the water off and on! Not a good experience! Worst was double booking and having a man come and using our room code and opening it at 11:46 pm when we were fast asleep! Noise from other guests laughing and talking from 12 mn to 3 am! The house rules were quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am! No one followed those rules! I would not recommend this place to any one! It wasn’t worth my money! It was like a night mare!

1. The shower had mildew all over the walls in the grout.
2. The hallways smelled of smoke so strong it was unbearable.
3. The grounds were not kept up.
4. The staff wasn’t very friendly. No smiles or cordial greetings.
5. The fridge froze all of our fruit we put in there.
6. The breakfast was worthless. Bread and a toaster, disgusting super sweet cheap prepackaged Little muffins, and horribly bitter coffee. Had to go out to breakfast each day.
However the bed was comfortable, the water was hot and and the air conditioning worked well.
Wouldn’t ever stay again.

The room smelled bad, and the odor lingered in our stuff even after leaving the "hotel".

There was no breakfast which was only stated after you git there. The lobby and entire facility smelled heavy if cigarette smoke although no smoking sign posted.
Very clean however areas in room was broken and paint peeling from walls.
Front desk staff was not welcoming.
Breakfast was not good enough for me. The location is okay, however the rooms need to be updated with new furniture and mattress. The handicap rooms does not meet the needs. The hotel is old and need to be remodel. I will never stay at that comfort end again.

Breakfast was cereal toast and prepackaged muffins and juice/coffee- fine for me, if you require scrambled eggs in the am you can stay 2 doors down for $40 more per night.
This visit did satisfy our needs. The bathroom was clean. The double beds were comfortable, and we left the thermostat at the comfortable setting of 68 degrees to which it had previously been set.
