Pet friendly/no fee was wonderful. The patio door connected to the courtyard. Easy access for walking our dog. Easy to park a vehicle with an attached trailer. The wonderful smelling shower gel. Clean white towels/shower curtain. Refrigerator in our room. Having a restaurant/bar available. Free shuttle to local casino. Good warm breakfast. Indoor pool with waterslide. Very good care is taken to keep hotel and grounds nice. Firepit, flowers, doves and rabbit. Thank you for an excellent stay.

Location is perfect for travel. Rooms are very nicely remodeled. The lobby is a mess and guests should get discounts given all the amenities aren’t available or clean.

We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. Both my granddaughter and I did really appreciate that the room and particularly the bathroom was set up so well for accommodating handicapped people. Neither of us are handicapped, but my son (her father) is and we really notice such things when we travel. When I book reservations for them, I look for reviews that mention such things. It was also quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

I was in Cheney for the Curling Nationals held at the EWU Rec Center. Cheney is a small town dominated by the University. It is exactly what you would expect from a farm town with a large university population.

Cheney it self is a nice little college town. It is a very old town with a very old state college. They have done a lot of work on the college and it is a very college-well maintained. The town is clean and well kept.
Warm free breakfast was good. Kitchen & pantry staff were very nice and attentive. Great ambient lighting. Good beds, linens and pillows (but the loud noise made it hard for us to get comfortable)
Spacious bathroom vanity. We liked the refillable toiletries(hand wash,lotion,body wash, shampoo,conditioner)
Hotel is close proximity to restaurant,restaurants, station & grocery stores.

The breakfast was great. Had a great variety. Not a huge egg lover but the eggs were made well. I like the location of the hotel. It's near a grocery store, coffee shop, and a convenient store.
Location was great for any events at Eastern Washington University. Breakfast was served in a nice, large great room, and there are exits near the free parking all around the hotel.
Love this hotel I have to say as far as cleanliness, quietness, great value,excellent breakfast selection,and friendly staff this hotel is hands down the best in Spokane county.
Location was great…had a great time on the nearby lakes, fairly quick drive to Spokane for other activities. Enjoyed the bikes and paddle boards, canoes.
