People very nice and hotel clean- rooms had old air conditioning in ceilings which they know are old and not functioning well- first room made nose like jack hammer in distance - NO way to be able to sleep - had to move room- next room had air conditioning not as noisy - but no fan pulling damp air out of bath/shower room - so my room got damp and even clothing in closet got damp- sound proofing lacking - at 4:30 am person next door was yelling -likely into phone - so loud it sounded like a fight was occurring and was not able to sleep at all- I mentioned to front desk and they weren’t sure about what could be done about that situation.. so actually sleeping comfortably in the room environment was the challenge. The food was good . All the staff I encountered were very nice.

The location was great. A quick walk to many restaurants and was very convenient to campus.
Sadly things in this hotel are run down and filfthy and dirty rooms stain on covers hair in sink in bathroom tons of dust in the air vents which made us keep sneezing that smelled strong odor of mildew . Just gross
The breakfast was quite good, The breakfast room was very clean and food was fresh with a good variety. The hotel is clean and nice. The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel.
Staff is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were busy related to local power outages. The staff remained friendly and efficient with the influx. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.
We got the kid suite , it was awesome I definitely recommend 10/10 the hotel is nice clean and well kept the staff were really nice as well . Will definitely book again!
