Answered all my questions, willing to help and assist wherever they could to make us feel welcome. The hotel had a clean, fun, friendly vibe. I would not want anyone to waste their money and time staying at this hotel. Cable in room didn’t work. We heard people talking outside our window i opened the curtain and there was 2 men sitting on the wall smoking marijuana outside our window talking loudly. It scared me to death. I call the front desk a black female answer the phone with a nasty attitude. I told her I wanted to be move to another room she told me out loud that there was no room available. I asked for my money back she told it was none refundable. Please don’t go to get a room at this hotel

I wanted to stay longer to visit with my family. I definitely would have chosen a different hotel, not much available in the area by foot.
Easy assess to the interstate was a plus.
However, was not there for pleasure and did not get the opportunity to visit in surrounding areas in Charlotte.
Had breakfast at an IHOP 5-10 minutes by car from hotel when I checked out the next morning.
Walked across the street to Chik Fil A for dinner upon check in.

Charlotte is a beautiful clean city..so much to do for folks of all ages..l would give it a 5-stars but living in the mountains the traffic could be overwhelming;yet due to well planned highways' constructions it was pretty easy to get around,by staying alert and remembering that not everyone will allow you to get over! but much easier than Atlanta! Overall,a nice area

Normally a big fan of Charlotte and this recent visit was after several years of not being there. Things have changed. On this trip, I did not feel as safe. There were homeless folks everywhere. Active police presence but busy dealing with situations. Not the Charlotte I remember from previous visits.

I arrived here at midnight, at a big modern airport. I saw bus system in action. Rode to the hub on #5 then waited for #16 to south Tryon to get to laQuinta. No traffic late at nite, unlike Manhattan (,my town). Downtown looks thriving, lots hotels restaurants and activities. Good sports town I think. The working people at midnight were friendly and helped me reach my destination.
Hotel staff also warm and respectful. Not sure I will ever return but loved that Charlotte airport. Bus system here is excellent even at midnight.
Holiday Inn Charlotte Center City is the best hotel in the city for your "all-access pass" to all the entertainment and dining experiences. I have stayed at this Holiday Inn several times to attend concerts, and they have all been within walking distance from the hotel! The hotel is also very clean and comfortable, the staff is very helpful and friendly, and the restaurant/room service is excellent! I have always enjoyed my stay there, and I will continue to come back to this hotel when I visit Charlotte again! Thank you!
I have stayed at about three different Hiltons in the South Park area of Charlotte and this is definitely the best one incredible size rooms wonderful staff the best ever continental breakfast ever in any hotel I have ever stayed at they had so much food out and all of it was delicious and the staff in the kitchen was fantastic I will definitely always stay at this hotel no one can touch with this hotel has to offer
Location was excellent. The hotel was a stone throw away from the airport.
The airport shuttle was excellent and on time, which can often be rare for hotels. The shuttle drivers were so kind and friendly as well.
The rooms were large with great amenities and the space would be great with more people

As a travel agent, I love how they made this hotel very comfortable for their clients. One of the perfect places for couples and also for family! The hotel room was super clean, neat, and meet every need! Both restaurants were amazing and not to far from downtown Charlotte.
The location, location, and location was the best thing about this hotel. It’s in the heart of Uptown (downtown) Charlotte. The room was very nice and the bed/pillows were so comfortable. The staff were super friendly. I will stay here again if I visit.
I booked the hotel for my daughter, who had gotten stuck in Charlotte overnight due to flight delays. She was very upset but the staff was amazing. They helped arrange the airport shuttle and got her settled in her room. Thank you Letitia and Linda!
This hotel is quite close to CLT airport. Their shuttle runs every 30 minutes, so if you are pressed for time, a cab will run about 15.00.
Room was clean, but note they are NOT offering breakfast due to Covid.

Decent location. We were able to find a strip mall & restaurants across the street. We planned to venture off to Uptown Charlotte which was about 15-20 mins away from hotel.
Location is good when you are coming from CLT Airport as they have a shuttle going (even though that's nothing special as all other hotels around are offering the same)
The room and bathroom were clean and spacious.
And the shuttle from and to the airport was on time and the staff was very kind.
