My partner and I loved this place. It's a converted historic home divided into suites with modern furnishings. With respect to the suites, there is ample space for more than two people. You can fit three or four people if you use the pull out couch bed. There is also a large kitchen for cooking, and the place is close to two convenience stores in case you need anything. Though, I do recommend a car if you want to venture outside of Hudson's main drag (Warren Street).

Catskill is a town, which we didn't visit this time, but it is also the Mountains. We used to live in the area for the summers from 1985 - 95, so we know it well. We visited the site of the old Catskill Mountain House, and also the Kaaterskill Falls Observation deck, which was wonderful on this beutiful spring day. Also visited the Storm King Art Center on the way up, which was also wonderful.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and smelled fresh. It was a great price, but this is a no frills kind of place. Everything including beds, pillows, linens, fixtures and appliances are dated. I would recommend this place if you are not too fussy about amenities and quality of the bedding, etc.

I love thsee mountains.
I love thsee mountains. I plan to spend more time exploring them. We found an excellent restaurant that spoiled us and was delicious. The "Bluestone". Very near the Redranch motel.

Only bad thing... too many people love it too. Lol
The property is old and little run down but the room was very clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom area has a large 2 sink counter outside the smaller bathtub/shower and toilet which worked well.
The room had 2 qn beds, a desk and chair, another sofa chair, fridge, coffee maker. There were enough outlets readily accessible for charging devices.
parking was right outside the room.
There was no breakfast offered but we had brought juice, yogurt, granola bars, fruit, muffins and croissants.
Would recommend for the location and value.
Found this gem by total chance off Google Maps, Michael is very responsive, even to something as mundane as the WiFi password. We had a room change but Michael called and provided instructions expeditiously and timely. Room was clean and it is dead quiet for the best sleep I've had in a while, easily accessible location between Kingston and Windham.
Availability, location and cost were the main factors as our plans changed last minute and we needed a place to stay in the area. Check in was very simple and person who greeted us was pleasant and efficient. The room was clean and had what we needed for a short stay. The air conditioning was excellent.

Such a beautiful place! The room and the building was made of wood and very cozy. The room had candles and the living area at the entrance was very zen. I loved all the farm animals too. They let you feed the goats and horses and that was really nice! Such a gorgeous getaway!
Coming into the property with a gate code. The bed was very comfortable. We were here the day after the EXTREMELY heavy rains in the area so I do not think we saw everything in the best condition. There seemed to be MANY outdoor activities on the property.
Cleanliness, the hotel is old but everything was spotless. Bathroom very clean and the room was tidied every day including fresh towels everyday. Location ok for thé évent we were participating. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker brand new.
Basic room, no frills, older motel, but owner and staff were sweet, willing to help, and wonderful! Don't expect luxury; expect comfort, good wi-fi, and a big welcome from the owner! Totally met our needs on a budget!
