I liked the newly remodeled rooms with the LVP flooring- MUCH better than carpet! The room felt very clean and fresh.
All of the staff that we interacted with were extremely friendly and polite. And the maid service was exceptional. The food in Springhouse was great and the wait staff was very accommodating to our 9 month old granddaughter, even when she made a mess. And I liked that there were multiple pools, including an "Adults-only" pool and the "swim-up" bar on the Lazy River. Very nice! My husband and SIL played golf and the course and Pro Shop were wonderful! They had a great experience.

Everything was exceptionally clean with the exception of the pool and pool area. Staff was amazing……..front desk, cleaning crew, breakfast staff (amazing staff!), and maintenance were all so nice and helpful. Very happy with our stay!

The Hillside Boutique hotel delivers beyond all expectations, especially for the price range. The rooms are very well appointed. The food in the restaurant is every foodie's dream. The staff are well trained and wonderful, ready to fix any issues or provide anything needed. I love this place and will choose it whenever I'm in the area. It's amazing!
