Very clean, great staff. Lady who was working in the laundry facilities dried my girlfriends shorts when she wasn’t supposed to and it was very much appreciated!

The property was clean and close to the Hall of Fame
I liked how close it was to the Hall of Fame. I didn't like that the doors rub and could not close the bathroom door. The bathroom vanity light has 4 bulbs in it and none of them worked. The apartment had multiple flies in it, spider webs, not sure where the $100 cleaning fee goes. Thin walls, I could hear the neighbors tv.

The air conditioning in the lobby, breakfast room, elevator and hallways was not working. When I checked in, the man at the front desk said it had been broken for awhile. The one in the room was working but it was very loud. The bathroom door did not close all the way and the tub did not drain well. Will never stay at another Wyndham hotel again.

Canton is lovely.
Canton is lovely. The McKinley Monument is sad but beautiful and a great history lesson (again). The pickleball courts were awesome! Very nice courts and a welcoming group. The Pro Football Hall of Fame has grown.

Rooms dusty and dirty, jacuzzi still not fixed, breakfast selection not good, broken refrigerator and bathroom door, pool was ice cold and not heated at all, no pluggins for cell phones to charge and not worth the money paid. Also we had to pay a deposit when we arrived. I was not prepared for that.

I’m originally from Canton so my opinion is biased.
I’m originally from Canton so my opinion is biased. You have better chances at winning the lottery than not experience some type of crime against you. Obviously the Hall of Fame is a must see for travelers. If you’re looking for dive bars, head towards Harrison SW. If you’re looking for a good sports bar, head to Jerzees. If you’re looking to pay triple the price for regular Crown Royal while being treated with a passive/aggressive attitude then head to the Double Tree Hotel lobby. It’s called 330. Ask for Keith. He’ll be sure to treat you like a dumbass.

The football hall of fame & the restaurant's & how the people I ran into was pleasant and respectful &, how everything was close by But I would not recommend the ramada inn hotel awful
We were there two nights and found the stay quite pleasant. Our goal was the Presidential Library, to which you can walk from the hotel, if you are energetic, and see some sights along the way. Otherwise it is an easy ride. Across the street is the First Lady museum, if you are interested. There are some interesting period structures in the neighborhood. The room was fine, no complaints and we had breakfast included, which was fine.
The night check-in lady was so friendly. I remembered her from our last stay. Room was very clean and the price for our stay was very affordable. When I find a hotel at a location that I visit that I really like and the staff is friendly and attentive I'll always return. The ladies that clean were friendly as well. I will be booking this establishment again in the future.
I have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years. I love the location and as a member of the Board of the Pro Football Hall of Fame I usually stay with you. I could stay at other hotels at a much lower price but I’ve liked Glenmore. The hotel and the rooms need upgraded. Hopefully that can happen in the near future.
I loved the location. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant in the hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal because you have quick access to the highway and it's close to many restaurants within the area.
The staff sent text messages asking about our stay and if I needed anything.
This was probably the best experience I have had in a hotel I told the front desk I appreciate it. The bed was unbelievable bro when the most comfortable bed’s iPad I don’t know what they do with this hotel but it’s run extremely well and I will be back thank you to all the staff.
The breakfast was okay. Most hotels have a waffle maker so that you get fresh waffles. The waffles here were just frozen that you toast. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
