Staff, they were amazing. Every single one of them was very helpful and nice. I had an issue with my reservation and I was worried but by their help, it got resolved so well. Asking me if I want a bottle of water when checking out which was extremely nice of him, and yes I would love to stay again if I go to the area again, but. Yes, there's but.

Friendly people and great staff at the Pzazz Casino but is overpriced. Super 8 was a older place to stay but was very clean. Price was very reasonable. The young lady working the desk makes up for being a little old with her personality and warmth.

I Particularly liked the old down town area.
I Particularly liked the old down town area. I will enjoy going there again. We checked in to the Super Eight there because it was one of two places available. It was so bad we checked right out. It wasn't clean, the back door was broken and it just didn't feel good. We then t
looked to see if there was another place and found that the Howard Johnson had rooms we booked two rooms. It couldn't possibly be as bad...Right? Wrong!
When I went to my hotel room to check it out the tv wasn’t plugged in and the cable wasn’t connected so I tired the cable cord and couldn’t get it in the window there was some blunt and ashes and before I left to go and check out city I let Peggy know and she said I’ll take care of it and if I can’t I ll put you in another room and we came back to our room and she had checked and cleaned out the window and had to tv working thanks for all your hard work Peggy can’t wait to come and see ya again.
Not the greatest hotel, not the comfiest bed, not the best breakfast, but MY GOODNESS did the staff and their service earn 11/10 stars. Every crazy thing we asked for (rooms together, early check in for nap time, etc.) they quickly and happily answered "yes!" They were exceptional. They made a very difficult trip for a family funeral just a little bit easier. Bless them all for that.
It's a pretty nice little hotel. Pool is decent sized, would like to see a hot tub included but it's still nice. The staff takes the cake though. I've stayed here twice and the staff is always super friendly and helpful! Would recommend staying here if you're ever in Burlington Iowa!!
The breakfast was good and the location met our needs. The price led us to stay in Burlington 3 days instead of two.
We thought the new walk in shower was a good idea. The mattress and pillows were perfect. We used the fridge and microwave, both items worked well and were clean.
Every interaction we’ve had with staff has been pleasant. Drinks at the casino are cheap, the sports bar has great food. Rooms are quiet. We had a poolside room and at the end of the hall by the reception hall during a wedding and didn’t hear a peep.
We were in in town to move a family member. We drove ten hours to arrive there. We were just looking to sleep before our return the next day. The hotel was fairly quiet and location worked well for what we were there for.
The hotel was a little old but being remodeled. I can't wait to see what it will look like after the remodel is complete. Love the pool, hottub, and games in the middle courtyard area. Staff were great.
Was able to checkin a little early. The deposit wasn't as much as other hotels. The hotel room was very clean and cozy. The breakfast was great. The hotel was connected to the casino.
