There’s no breakfast and the guilty it’s the COVID measure’s. Every restaurant in the city is open so this excuse isn’t plausible.
The morning guy at the desk was rude, unprofessional. The other guy, already in the middle of morning was polite as the manager who attends me when I arrived.

1. The Location is great - very close to SFO. And the hotel is just located on the bay side, you can take a short walk outside to watch airplanes landing over the sea onto the airport, such a cool experience.
2. The interior is overall outdated, but the bed is clean and comfortable.

The hotel was fine.
The hotel was fine. But the shuttle transportation was terrible. On arrival at the airport we waited about 40 min in the rain for the van, watching the vans of other hotels go by twice in that time. We were told that other hotels' vans came every 15 min. On return to the airport the next morning, there were a lot of people waiting at 9:30 and the van was much too small. The next large van didn't leave until 10. Luckily we were just picking up a rental car. If we were catching a plane, it could have been a big problem. This is a deal breaker for us. We will not stay in the hotel again in the future

Convenient walk from the Crowne Plaza. Yangon - Burmese food, is outstanding; I have eaten there many times. Centro Pizza has really good authentic Napalese thin-crust, wood-fired pizza. Both are a short walk away. Other good choices as well, but these two are my go-to's.

It is located near San Francisco Airport via shuttle bus, and quite clean to stay. Good breakfast. However, the sound of the airplane taking off and landing is noisy. The sea view from the room is nice. However, the parking fee is $20/day, which looks quite expensive.

The hotel is pretty close to the airport and it located on a trail that runs along the San Francisco Bay.
When you have to use the shuttle to/from the airport it might be a long wait as the shuttle seems to run only every 45 minutes.

Even my family stayed fir only 1 night, I would say we felt very welcome to the hotel. The proximity to the airport is excellent. The view is amazing, and if you are a fan of planes, you can walk by the bay and watch those big birds arriving and departing from the airport. The room is very clean too. The breakfast is great.
Beautiful location on the water with a walking walking trail to Coyote Point. Gorgeous entrance lobby with free warm cookies in the evening, and a lovely free breakfast bar in the morning. The staff members were very friendly and genuinely warm.
It was also very quiet. I stayed at the A LOFT as well, and I could here the planes coming and going from SFO. The sound proofing was much better at the Holiday Inn. Parking is only $20 a night while the other hotels charge $40 or more. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks, Holiday Inn!!
I chose the hotel because it was close to the airport for my morning flight. The check-in process was very smooth. Room was nice and big and clean with great coffee. The person at reception even offered to order a taxi for me for the next day. What made the hotel really special for me was the attached restaurant. The chef was from Cambodia and cooked me an amazing chicken fried rice that just made my evening. Restaurant staff were very helpful. Worth choosing this over other restaurants nearby just for the restaurant food!
The room was not cleaned. Dust everywhere, a finger nail on the floor. House keeping knock on our door at 8 am. Didn't give us a chance to open the door before storming in. Clearly no communication with the front desk to even see if we checked out. The restaurant in the hotel had an old menu and didn't even offer half the things. When I brought to their attention about these things, nothing was done. We will never stay there again.
The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. The hotel very comfortable. Also enjoyed the pool, after a long flight. The hotel had complimentary tea and coffee, plus fruit and biscuits. They also stored our luggage, and we used their complimentary bus shuttle t go to and fro SFO airport to the BART subway to visit downtown SFO. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
Very close to Burlingame which is a good place to visit to spend some extra time between flights. There is a nice boardwalk with easy access from the hotel which has a good view of the Golden Gate Bridge and surrounding area. The dining room serves a simple but acceptable evening meal.
The location and all that came with the hotel were very awesome. The hotel is super clean. The elevators are the fastest I've ever been in. The food is great. I do like the free drinks for the evening reception as well. The view of the bay is very romantic as well.

It was close to the Airport which was what we needed before we were to fly out. This was also the first Hilton that served food cheaper for the kids. They also gave us cookies and they chased us down so my kids could pick out a little toy.
Easy process for reservation, customer service at the hotel excellent. We required a few things, quiet room, pet friendly, easy access to freeway but close to our destination (San Francisco). Crowne Plaza delivered on every level.
My family always looks forward to breakfast when we stay at Embassy Suites. They serve a wide variety of food and the best part is the made-to-order omelette bar and dining in a beautiful garden setting.
I have stayed here many times and find everything is great in the hotel. I leave very early in the mornings so am unable to partake of the breakfast buffet.
