Great location! Beautiful lake views, dock for easy access to water and close to shops/restaurants. House was comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. The property manager provided clear instructions for access and was very responsive and accommodating to request for late check out. We will definitely be back!

The location was very good as we wanted somewhere close to King's Dominion. Overall I wouldn't refuse to stay here again but there is a lot of room for improvement and it would need to be at a bargain price. No complaints regarding the cleanliness (some stains noted however) but there is a lot in disrepair. The room was also very spacious.

The name should say it all Bumpass. Nothing to do there. Unless you are bringing your own boat or rent one, that's it. You're better off renting somewhere in Lake Anna proper. Just not worth it.
