The location was great. The staff was rude and condescending. The room was filthy!! From the elevator to inside the rooms was disgusting. The floors so dirty you had to wear shoes at all times. It was sticky. the bathroom was dirty and a hair ball was thrown into one corner of the shower. It was sick! Ill never come here again. Which is sad because we have used this hotel in the past and was a great little hotel. I do not know what has happened but It is BAD!

I love the staff at the entrance and check in the room was stinky bad like raw sewer coming in the drains it kept bubbling and smelled aweful my daughter is scared of heights she didn’t want me complaining because she didn’t want to have to be moved up levels it was on bottom floor and I really hate paying $20 fr parking y’all need to stop that with customers at the hotel it’s rediculous and outrageous

This was a last minute need for a hotel room on a holiday weekend so my choices were limited. The staff was excellent with my evening check in and also with checking us out a day early. There was a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker in room. The a/c worked well. The breakfast room has two good waffle makers, cereal, milk, orange and apple juice, toast, coffee, and black tea. The hotel is old and there has been some updating but the age shows and the area is a bit rundown. But the tv has lots of channels and the wifi was very good.

Was clean. Room just needed window open n a small deodorizer. A few creepy people maybe because of great price. Pool n jacuzzi was clean. The table n chair area was clean. Cleaning lady always asked if we needed anything but never had sugar for coffee. Stay was great and near restaurants n stores. Quiet area. I would stay again.
I stay in California hotels at least once a month to visit my family and I must say this is the first hotel that I've stayed at in a long time that's actually been spotless and clean. The bed was huge but the room was still plenty spacious. I would definitely stay again.
Staff was very hospitable and kind. They made sure our room had fresh towels. They straightened up the room each day we left. The place was rough,but it was the cheapest listing I could find. The staff did try to accommodate our needs.
This was my second stay this year. We decided on Colony Inn again because it was the most convenient and best value I could find. We had a nice stay, though the room was not nearly as clean as it had been this summer.
The employees were good to us, however we were expecting a refund of our booking since we did not stay at the hotel. The rooms were very small for a party of four, so we decided to change our booking to another hotel.
This is a beautiful hotel!!! lovely amenities, room service and very comfortable bed. you really enjoyed my stay and will definitely consider it my first choice next time I visit.
I did not stay here and got a full refund after not having water running,we changed rooms and then didn't have hot water , the manager was nice and gave me a full refund
I (Mrs. Spilman) grew up in Buena Park down the street and being able to stay in KBF Hotel is a huge treat! The room was really nice and the staff was very friendly.
The hotel is good value for money and met expectations for the price charged. Clean and comfortable rooms, parking close to the room and good reception at check-in.
