I needed to stay in the area for a business meeting the next day, so I wanted something close to the university without spending a fortune. The rate was good and there was plenty of notice that they would be charging a $100 deposit refunded when I leave so I was fine with that. The staff must have caught flack for it from others, so they were almost apologetic when telling me about it. I knew I wouldn't be doing anything to not get it back, so I was fine with it. The breakfast was typical continental but enough. The room was clean, and I liked that they are pet free, or my room was, because of my allergies.

Everything was awesome except 1 of the main things I was looking for when I was looking /booking my hotel was a pool the entire week I was there it was down BUT when cking out they gave me one of my nights free. Thank you for putting a smile on my face.
WiFi did not work initially. It took them about 15 minutes to come up with a code that would work. Seriously nasty and large stains on carpet. Multiple groups of men congregating outside. Men just outside the main door smoking. I did not feel safe in the parking lot / on the outside of the property.

The bed was really soft. there was alot of working people staying and the work trucks took alot of space so parking was difficult and alot of noise. had a little trouble getting towels the second night but I guess overall it was okay.
The price was reasonable for a 2.5 hotel
The bed was clean & comfortable. Considering it being a last minute reservation, it was an "okay" older place for 1 night stay. Continental breakfast was available in the morning.
The breakfast was amazing. We had homemade sausage gravy and biscuits, fresh fruit, fluffy scrambled eggs and a wide variety of breakfast choices to choose from. It was the best breakfast that we ever had in a hotel.
I was pleasantly surprised, it’s an older hotel but my room was large and had 2 very comfy beds. There was different selections of food and drinks every morning.
The bed had bed bugs, I woke up one morning and had bed bug bites all down my left arm, and some on my right hand. I will not stay at this hotel again.
